this product is a joke from the micro needling to the included liquid. You can buy all of that for a couple of dollars on Amazon. Plus the fact you cannot get the little bottles open. I literally had to take pliers and hold it to screw off the tops on one of them I never could get it and threw it away. And now I am not weak I drive a school bus and I have a lot of strength in my hands and arms absolutely ridiculous. I would never order this again and do not recommend anyone to order it just get you a micro roller and some hyaluronic acid on amazon or walmart.com

I just have to share my experience with QURE skincare because it’s been that good. I purchased it on my own, and the results I’ve seen have honestly exceeded my expectations—my skin looks smoother, more refreshed, and just overall healthier.

But what really made me a fan for life was their customer service. I accidentally lost the small glass vial that goes with the microneedling head, reached out to them, and they responded right away. Not only were they quick, they were incredibly kind and didn’t hesitate to replace it for me.

That level of care is rare these days, and it says everything about a brand. Amazing products and truly exceptional customer service—I couldn’t recommend QURE more.

I’ve been using the dark spots serum from Qure Skincare for the past two months, and I can honestly say it’s absolutely amazing. The difference in my skin is incredible—so much clearer and more even. I’m genuinely impressed with the results. The only thing I regret is not taking a before picture, because the improvement is really noticeable!

I also had a small issue along the way, but it was resolved very quickly by Ezekiel from the customer service team. He was really helpful, lovely to deal with, and went above and beyond to help and resolve my issue, which made the whole experience even better.

Overall, I’m very impressed with both the products and the company. Highly recommend!

I accidentally threw out the glass base to put the product into. I called on a Sunday and left a message. Less than an hour later, I received a personalized email from Marianne D who immediately resolved the issue for me. I was truly impressed with the swiftness of my resolution. When I emailed her back to thank her profusely, she also responded quickly. It isn't often that you find a company who resolves your issue quickly and efficiently. I am just beginning to use the product but am quite satisfied so far.

I love the products and when I had a problem with a product the customer service was great and fixed the problem.

Customers service is really great. Normally, I have problems trying to get any responses by email, but not the case here. Every email as responded too quickly and always very helpful and friendly. Surprise how great the experience was, as I usually don't expect much from some companies.

I had great experience using the patches, easy to apply, just few weeks using and in combination with collagen it reduces vrincles significant.
I highly recommended! Best ever.
