A company that truly stands out for its integrity and customer care
My experience with Qure has been genuinely impressive from start to finish. I initially encountered an issue with one of the serum vials (damaged cap and unusual texture), even though the product had not been purchased directly from their website.
Despite that, their customer support, especially Nick, handled everything with remarkable professionalism, kindness and consistency. Every message I received was clear, thoughtful and respectful, which is unfortunately quite rare nowadays.
They took the time to understand the situation, reassured me about the authenticity of the products and offered to send a replacement as a gesture of goodwill. The entire process felt human, not robotic and that made a real difference.
It’s refreshing to see a company that doesn’t hide behind policies, but instead chooses to act with integrity and accountability.
I’m now looking forward to receiving the replacement and continuing to use their products with confidence.

Charging in what $ value. US, AU, NZ huge difference
This company does not advertise that initially the client is being charged in US dollars. What currency the client is being charged in isnt shown until the pay at checkout is reached. In my currency, NZ$ to US$ almost doubles. Would love to try your product, and price point is probably spot on, but be upfront and honest by putting what currency you are charging.

My experience started out not to great. There were issues with my delivery and I didn’t get my package. However I received great customer service. Elmo the person who assisted me was kind, sympathetic, understanding and responded to me almost immediately after I reached out. He got right on fixing the issue. Elmo turned what could have been a lost customer into a definite customer. You rarely find someone who genuinely cares and wants to help but Elmo did and it is much appreciated. I will order from this company again because of his remarkable customer service!!! Thank you

Two of the vials I received in my 2 boxes had leaked and the patient customer care service person worked with me to find replacements. I sent a photograph of the leaked vials alongside the full ones to show they had lost some of their fluid.
Now I will have replacements coming in the mail. Yeah!

I usually won’t write a review unless Im severely disappointed or impressed! This one is mostly on their great customer service! My package was delivered at the wrong house and when I called, my call was answered promptly and a replacement package was sent out immediately! I was so afraid of losing my money but they made sure that i got my package! I still have not tried the product, but knowing this company is a credible business was worth writing a review on!

I made my first purchases from Qure and an item that was supposed to attach to the order for free was not included. I contacted customer service via website chat and reached Ezekial. I was informed that because I had used a coupon the free item was not included. However, after telling me this Ezekial offered to add the item anyway. What fantastic customer service. That experience alone will bring me back to the site to order additional items.
