Jan was super helpful and made the whole experience easy and stress free I received my shipment quickly and noticed one of the bottles had leaked a little so the product level was slightly low I contacted customer service right away and was connected with Jan immediately I loved the WhatsApp feature because I could chat and send pictures of the issue and within moments I had an order number for a replacement bottle This was by far the best customer service I have ever received from a company Jan was great! Can’t wait to start my skincare journey!

My product arrived damaged, which could have been prevented. However, as soon as I reached out to customer service, they were incredibly helpful and quickly made things right. They handled the situation with professionalism and kindness, and their response time even after I left a voicemail was impressively fast.

Great Customer Service
There was a delay with my order but I knew that when I ordered. I did receive one item incorrectly, but I sent an email with a photo and they told me to keep the incorrect item and they shipped out the correct item right away. Very pleased with the customer service. Too early to tell about the results, but I am encouraged so far.

Great customer service. I lost one of the needle heads needed to complete my 6-month treatment, and they kindly sent me a replacement. I'm very happy with the results I've gotten from the Micro-Infusion 6-Month Treatment (For Wrinkles + Dark Spots) and will continue purchasing it.

I had issues withe needles while using it, which led to 2 vials and 3 needle heads to be wasted. Had a quick chat with the customer support. He advocated on my behalf to send me a replacement. Waiting to start my treatment process properly.

Excellent Customer Service
I’ve done a couple dark spot and one wrinkle serum micro infusion and I’m seeing an improvement. I’ve been consistently using the LED mask which is easy to use. Much better than time consuming wands. Two weeks after the LED mask purchase, Qure offered a free neck decolage system with the purchase of the LED mask. I asked about getting the free neck system and was told yes! That is amazing. I’m looking forward to improving more areas of my body.

I have experienced some sort of skin issues after using treatments. When I contacted customer service, I got connected to Jerald. He was nothing but sweet, courteous and sympathetic about my situation. He advocated for my best interest and along the way, he informed me via email on current status and all updates. He is super nice and so polite. Too bad that Qure has limited treatment options and skincare line but for him, I will definitely come back and get more! thanks for having him!

My experience with Qure’s return and replacement process has been frustrating for several reasons:
• Lack of Clarity: Their return policy does not mention the requirement for a video demonstration when returning a faulty item, leading to confusion.
• Excessive Requirement: Needing to provide a video showing how the product was plugged in feels unnecessary, especially when the item is defective.
• Poor Communication: Customer service did not clarify this requirement upfront, causing further frustration.
• Time-Consuming: Creating and submitting a video adds unnecessary hassle to the return process.
Overall, Qure’s complicated return policy and unclear communication make it difficult to recommend their products. If you’re considering a purchase, be aware of potential challenges if you need to return or replace an item.
They are AWFUL and a waste of time

I was concerned when my tracking seemed to show delivered when there was no package, but I reached out using the messaging on the website help center and I was helped right away and someone confirmed for me that my package was still with the carrier and en route. It made me feel much better and only took about 5 minutes. Very good customer service! Thank you!
I’ve done 5 treatments, no difference
I’ve done 5 treatments, 2 weeks apart. I am a RN and followed the instructions 100%. I was so excited to clear out some of my facia wrinkles. BUT..no. There are literally no changes to my wrinkles. I have 2 blackheads that have popped up. I have before pics and a pic from last week. Trying to decide if I continue trying, or take advantage of the money back within 3 months. That would have to happen immediately.
