Don't purchase!!!

I purchased a 6 mo supply. When I first called to make sure I got what I paid for CSR were nice. I purchased the Qure in Jan. 2026, but did not use until March 2026 because of medical issues. On my third stamping, I noticed 2 red marks on my face that were not there before. And also, when stamping, the serum has a hard time coming to the head of the needles. There, you have to keep tapping the bottle. It will ruin your face. I've reached out 3 times to c.s. They want to see the photos. So they send me an email to attach photo's in which I can not. The marks are still there & turned color. Do not buy!!

Two years of results

I have been using the Qure microinfusion system since Dec 2024. My skin is visibly healthier, more hydrated and even toned. Haven't had a need to return anything purchased. Customer service was excellent when asking about earning points, redeeming points and discount vouchers. I have also tried Glov, but the quality of their stamp heads was terrible and their serums dry quickly leaving a sticky feeling. I'll be sticking with Qure ongoing. :)

This is a Scam. Spend your money else where

1)the product doesnt flow well through the needle tips so there is uneven distribution of serums throughout the process;

2.)there are no clear instructions how heavy the weight I should be putting in (i had to google it for long until i found the ideal pressure for stamping) and not enough info about aftercare either

3.)because it is a "stamping" process and the product sometimes doesn't come out of the chamber and it resulted to uneven pressure on some parts of my face & neck. i had to get a separate microneedling device (electric/automated one) to get even/consistent pressure and i just used the serum that came w the package. with that said,

4.)the serums are weak (made elde where BUT the place they came from) and doesnt provide much treatment or hydration- i had to get separate serums from a 3rd party cosmetic suppliers to actually get the result I needed. Lastly,

5.) the returning process is so hard they keep on asking for more info, photos etc that its taking a while and ive almost given up.

overall i would not repurchase and would not recommend - i ended up buying more 3rd party products to make it work.

SUCH A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY.

I have just opened my first wrinkle micro needling kit and found 3 of the vials damaged/leaking. I contacted customer service immediately via WhatsApp and within a few minutes the problem is resolved and some new vials are being sent to me! I live in a country where customer service is fairly poor most of the time and this experience has restored my faith! Thank you Rachel, you have brightened my day ♥️

Gimmick and Garbage in a bottle!

This product is made in China & has an ever-ending 70% off promotion. It's nothing but a gimmick. It's not worth the discounted sale price of $219...let alone $719. Their packaging says Australia, but after inquiring due to countless faulty caps I was advised they came from China, which prompted me to ask where the serum came from...China. With the gimmicky promotion and the dishonest origin, I have a hard time believing any of the images they have on their site to be true or the reviews. My review...garbage in a bottle! Save your time (it's a hassle to return and they want you to pay a restocking fee) Read the fine print with this company

This is a rip off

This is a rip off. I have bottles that the needle heads do not fit on. The needle heads do not dispense the formula. I asked for new needle heads and they sent 3. I have 7 bottles and due to the inferior needle heads I cannot use the product. DO NOT BUY. THERE MUST BE OTHER COMPANIES THAT ARE MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE SATISFYING.

Amazing Customer Care

I am only 1 session into my 6month supply of micro needling for wrinkles and dark spot correcting. Unfortunately my package arrived damaged however the amazing team helped me out willingly. I am looking forward to continuing my treatment and seeing the outcomes.
