Their products & customer service excellent.

I am pleased with the products from QURE. For my budget it's a big expense yet worth it. Very much impressed with their customer service. For any questions or problems their response is quick, polite, friendly and solution oriented. QURE customer service & products stands out.

The micro infusion system is really…

The micro infusion system is really bad. The design is flawed and does not allow for the serum to flow easily. You have to continuously beat on it upside to get it to work right. Fix your design! Going back to Seranova. Also, get numbing cream...it's extremely painful (largely in part to the awful design of the non-stamp. Before telling me to loosen lid, etc....I tried all that on the phone with your customer service. Still doesn't work.

Qure customer service

First, I believe I was corresponding with a real person, which is a plus. Next, I got the answers I was seeking in a straightforward and relatively short amount of time. So the customer service by Rachel was great.

Fantastic and fast customer support

Fantastic and fast customer support! I ordered two wrinkle microneedling kits, but two vials arrived damaged in my second order. I emailed customer service, and Nick resolved the issue within just a few messages. Because I am currently moving, a replacement wasn't possible, so he issued a 50% discount instead. It is rare to find a company that acts this quickly and respectfully. They have completely restored my faith in great customer service!

The needles don't dispense, I did all the trouble shooting! They will not give me a refund. Worst product ever, money loss.

Awesome customer service in the reply…

Awesome customer service in the reply to my issue and refunded me quickly prior to getting the items back! Also excellent communication on the status and details steps on the return and what will happen. The customer service person follow up on everything! One of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered! All business should be this way! I def be buying other items from this company.

Great customer service

Great customer service. I accidentally threw away my applicator and had 6 serums left. Although they do not sell applicators individually, they immediately sent me a replacement. I love the qure product. It has helped get rid of the fine lines around my mouth. It’s incredible.

I just got back from my trip to Hawaii…

I just got back from my trip to Hawaii and I was very excited to receive part of my order. Unfortunately, one of the microinfusions was half empty, I immediately contacted customer service and Ezekiel got to assist me. He was absolutely efficient, friendly and very fast at responding. He fixed the problem immediately by sending me a replacement and plus he added some microinfusion patches for the inconvenience, yayyy! Thank you so much Ezekiel for giving an exceptional customer service.

Great customer service

I love this product. I did experience some trouble with the second half of my order. It took a bit longer and I think it got lost. However, I contacted customer service and they responded immediately and took care of my ticket. The product is top notch and I get so many compliments.
