The micro infusion system is really bad. The design is flawed and does not allow for the serum to flow easily. You have to continuously beat on it upside to get it to work right. Fix your design! Going back to Seranova. Also, get numbing cream...it's extremely painful (largely in part to the awful design of the non-stamp. Before telling me to loosen lid, etc....I tried all that on the phone with your customer service. Still doesn't work.

Fantastic and fast customer support! I ordered two wrinkle microneedling kits, but two vials arrived damaged in my second order. I emailed customer service, and Nick resolved the issue within just a few messages. Because I am currently moving, a replacement wasn't possible, so he issued a 50% discount instead. Great customer service. I accidentally threw away my applicator and had 6 serums left. Although they do not sell applicators individually, they immediately sent me a replacement. I love the qure product. It has helped get rid of the fine lines around my mouth. It’s incredible.

I just got back from my trip to Hawaii and I was very excited to receive part of my order. Unfortunately, one of the microinfusions was half empty, I immediately contacted customer service and Ezekiel got to assist me. He was absolutely efficient, friendly and very fast at responding. He fixed the problem immediately by sending me a replacement and plus he added some microinfusion patches for the inconvenience, yayyy!
