I’ve had the same experience as all the other reviewers about this company,ordered 6 bottles of wine on 8th October 2023 payment cleared bank on 10th,2 days later,then nothing.Waited over 6 weeks,tried phoning,no answer sent an email and received a reply stating a member of customer service would be in touch still nothing after 10 days.Contacted PayPal with details of complaint and was refunded in 20 minutes today(20th November),well done PayPal. If like others you’ve ordered from these cowboys get onto PayPal for your money back and hopefully something will be done to blacklist this business.

An appalling experience. Having ordered from them successfully in May 2022, the site booked my order and took my credit card payment on 23 October. Since then, I've e-mailed twice and called three times, but the mobile number given on the website just has an overseas dialling tone, and there is no response to my voicemails or my e-mails. My credit card company is looking into this. It's a reminder always to pay via credit card when buying online.

Fake business. I ordered, they took my money the same day . No wine delivered, no replies to emails, no answer to the phone number given.

Reported to PayPal who refunded my money.

Do not attempt to buy wine from this company - they are fraudsters! They have had my money for 2 months now, will not respond to emails (have blocked me from submitting emails) and I have reported the matter to the police

Took 8 weeks for them to tell me I would get a refund
Now 11th September still waiting
I have contacted them via WhatsApp for them to read and ignore

Like others. Taken payment no product delivered. Avoid.

We ordered wine to the cost of £140. It was never delivered and communication with the company is impossible as the phone isn’t answered and emails are ignored. Eventually we raised the non delivery with PayPal who intervened and we did receive a total refund.

As with other reviews here, they took payment, no wine arrived. They didn't respond to a query through their contact form, the mobile phone went unanswered (and had an international dialling tone), the Companies House telephone number went unanswered. I have also seen fake (good) reviews posted by family members of the directors - which I have reported.

Thank heavens for Paypal who refunded me.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered 6 bottles of wine from this company and received an impressive response. Then nothing, no communication at all regarding shipment of the wine. Tried to call on the mobile number given but no response and the phone was ringing abroad (you know by the ring tone). E-mailed them asking where my wine was - no response. Checked the address and found that it is an accountants address. Companies House records show that the two directors are Polish. Next I received an e-mail from PayPal saying I would be getting a refund. Then an e-mail from them saying the order was cancelled. Complete waste of time.
NB Note that the e-mail on the website is incorrect. The spelling is wrong so you have to input it yourself.

Seems to be a scam.
Wish I had read the reviews, I am having the same experience as many others - placed the order, paid the money and no wine has turned up, no replies to emails or phone calls very disappointing and upsetting.

Absolute scam, nobody answers the phone i waited a month for my order and then found these reviews! So cancelled my order via email and was told i was refunded (which still didn't happen two weeks later) will be taking it further.

6 bottles of wine ordered 5/1/23. Over a week later no wine. Rang number given and left message on answerphone. Tried to email but undelivered. Completed form acknowledged by auto-reply. No contact received. Contacted PayPal. Order cancelled and reimbursed 23/1/23. Won’t be using Quality Wines again!

Ordered a case of wine and they emailed an order acknowledgement with a delivery date.
The wine did not show so I followed their email instructions. Email failed to deliver so I phoned. Phone kept going to message centre. Fortunately I had paid by PayPal so involved them to secure a prompt refund. Strange way to treat customers. Avoid

Total scam . No wine delivered still waiting for refund , emails are bounced back . Mobile not answering . I have lost £259. I wish i had read google reviews before making tge order in a hurry. Fraud . I feel very stupid .

I couldn't get my favourite Spanish red (Juan Gil Blue Label 2018) from my usual supplier in Barcelona due to problems associated with Brexit. Luckily I came across Quality Wines and saw that they sell it and at a slightly lower price. Ordered and delivered within the week and because the order was over £200 it was free delivery. Fabulous service. By the way, the wine at £21 a bottle is wonderful!

Fantastic experience. Basic website made me a little apprehensive but found good reviews and they had a delicious wine we tried in the Fife Arms in Braemar. Excellent price, lots of email updates and case just arrived. Thank you.

Competitively priced wine, swiftly dispatched. Although APC were a bit rubbish. All good.
