Good service with great specialists! When things went wrong they anticipated and made everything happen. I highly reccommend the specialists who measure and place the curtains!

I like the service and the product. However, I had one problem. I ordered two pieces of roldgordijn to one large window. Those parts had two different systems of attachment to the wall, which make them look not the same. I had to improvise in order to attach them in a way that they look the same height. I did not understand why the attachment systems were different even though in the order it was the same.

A friend of mine recommended your shop because you had good choice and prices. Not only was it true but your staff is pleasant and knowledgeable and I will always recommend you further!

I know it's hard to trust something you buy online, but I recommend this service. You can request free fabric swatches for the window coverings, which worked best for me since the lighting in stores is always different to the lighting in your home. I also had to request swatches about 5 times before I found the right one, and the samples were always sent quickly and without hassle. Ordering online was simple and the coverings came very quickly. We installed them ourselves (VERY easy to do) and we now have perfect window coverings for a fraction of the cost of what we were quoted in a store. I HIGHLY recommend this website.

Almost everything was delivered in the time they promised.
The online purchase status a bit confusing with regard with multiple items under on order, but the "klantenservice" clarified promptly and checked with me that I am contacted by their delivery partner.

Having looked wide and far for shutters at a decent price point RaambekleidingNederland.nl did a great job. The delivery was on time and the product finish is good.

One improvement point would be the repair and replacement terms since if the shutters are damaged during transport and you accept the box without inspecting the shutters repair/replacement free of charge is not guaranteed.
