Good communication, Very helpful and end product was fantastic , great quality bespoke rabbit hutch cover.

We needed to replace an old rabbit hutch and found this company online. They were able to make a bespoke hutch to our exact measurements and Kevin was very quick to respond with a quote. It took a lot longer than originally estimated but the final product was well worth the wait. Danny the maker was very helpful and we would recommend Rabbit Hutch World again. We now have a happy bunny.

Bought a made to measure hutch cover for my guinea pig hutch and I am very pleased with the results! The material is thick with zips and buckles as fastenings and actually feels like it will protect them from the rain (unlike other flimsy velcro covers I've tried). Customer service was very good while arranging the order, Kevin was able to help with my concerns about ventilation by allowing me to add extra ventilation eyelets to the front panel, and delivery was a few weeks faster than expected. Excellent all around!

The team at Rabbit Hutch World and their builders have been great. Taking on my custom build request and getting me a quote quickly and keeping me informed during the build stage. We have a very happy tortoise!

Absolutely brilliant! I asked for a custom made hutch for my guinea pigs, they made it exactly how I asked and it came flat packed and was super easy to put together. It did take quite a long while to be delivered but that's to be expected with something custom and was well worth the wait. Guinea pigs love it, and we love it.

I am absolutely over the moon with my new enclosure. My guinea pigs and I couldn’t be happier. They have so much more space and it’s so easy to clean with the removable perspex panels that slide in and out. It’s so large I can even fit inside it and sit with them and interact with them more! I was quoted 2-3 weeks from order to delivery and it was delivered in record time with great communication from Kevin throughout. Kevin is one of the nicest guys I have ever dealt with when making a purchase and I couldn’t recommend Rabbit Hutch World enough if you are thinking of buying a new home for your piggies or bunnies. The craftsmanship is exceptional and without fault. I have decorated it and its sitting lovely in the corner of my lounge where I can sit and watch my piggies enjoying their new home. Ordered a bespoke cover for my 7ft hutch. Kevin was so helpful and even when I got the measurements mixed up he nicely pointed out my mistake and made sure I got what I needed. I was expecting the order to take longer than initially quoted due to COVID but was really surprised when it arrived earlier! We needed a large, bespoke cover for our rabbit hutch and run. Kevin and his manufacturer patiently helped us work out the best option for creating two clear roll-up sections and for securing the base. We now have a lovely dark grey cover, which has been made to a very high standard and beautifully lined with thermal insulation. Excellent finish and robust straps to secure the roll-up panels. Happy bunnies all round. Thank you.

Very, very pleased with our replacement cover for the maple manor xl hutch. The hutch is still going strong but we have got through two original covers due to wear and tear and the weather. The replacement cover feels so much more sturdy and the zips move so easily! It is so much better made than the original cover which I'm not sure you can even get any more.

I ordered a new Guinea pig enclosure from Rabbit Hutch World. It arrived today and we are thrilled with it! Lovely well built enclosure, safe and spacious. It looks great. Our favourite feature is the little door which means we set up the run and allow the Guinea pigs to access it directly through the door. Despite being in lockdown (which does mean longer lead times) we have received the product and had excellent communication throughout. We had updates when the product was completed and then information about the delivery. Overall first class. I would highly recommend

We ordered a very large two story outdoor rabbit hutch (10ftx5ftx3ft). The order was made to our specification and they were happy to make any further adjustments requested. It has been made from good quality wood and arrived with all the parts. There was a delay on eta however that is to be expected during covid times and they compensated for this. Answered any queries very promptly usually on the same day. A beautiful two story hutch made by Rabbit Hutch World who seem to be one of the most experienced companies in England making hutches of this size. Two happy bunnies.

I ordered a customised indoor guinea pig run from rabbit hutch world and I couldn't be happier with it. Kevin was very helpful throughout and very patient dealing with all my queries and tweaks to measurements etc. The run arrived carefully packaged and is simply stunning. The quality of craftsmanship is obvious and it looks like a piece of living furniture, which is just what I wanted- my guinea pig loves it too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I ordered an indoor hutch. I was really happy with the service in the beginning. I then got pestered to make my order and to pay. I figured they where just busy but I felt pushed.
Then once my order arrived I realised why. I paid a lot of money for a cheap and flimsy hutch. Made with cheap materials and held together with plastic clips and screws that where far too short. It also wasn't appropriate for my bunny. We had to modify it.
I complained to the company, I sent photos as requested and then I was questioned over and over. Nothing was rectified. And now I have been ignored. They weren't interested in any form of customer service and refuse to answer my emails. Rude.
Its all fine unless you have a complaint and then they don't want to know. Took my money and ran.
