This is the first time I have bought anything from Race Haus Ltd and I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I was buying engine oil and coolant and asked for information about the Date of Manufacture on these products, as sometimes companies sell you old stock.

I received an email from a Sales Advisor who was more than helpful as he attached pictures of the 2 items I had asked about which showed the dates and confirmed that they were selling fresh stock, so I placed an order.

Having looked around the internet, I discovered that the prices Race Haus Ltd sell their products at, are very competitive and in my case, were cheaper than anywhere else and it arrived within a few days.

Avoid this company, communication shocking, orders goods direct from a supplier and doesnt tell you, when u ask where your goods are u get no response. Its been 20 days now, no goods, no refund. had to open a PayPal case to get my money bk. I was also told that he would post my goods if I closed the case, that wasn't going to happen. He basically said paypal will refund u. I need to wait until 27th Oct to get it as thats the time they need to give the seller to respond, which of course he wont, avoid this company at all costs. Ive been modifying cars for over 20yrs never encountered a business like it. Plenty other great businesses out there.

Firstly I asked a question on the race haus website about part compatibility, the response was quick accurate and very helpful.
After making the purchase late evening, I got an email to say they had received my order and was processing it, that same day I received a following email saying my order was ready for shipping, within 2 days the part was at my door, very well packaged, very quick delivery, the exact part as described on their website.
Such an easy hassle free process and amazing all round service provided by race haus. They even gave me 5% off my order and another 5% when I return and buy another item!

wow, what can I say, the best customer service experience I've had from start to finish. I ordered a Remus exhaust back box, but at the time the tips weren't in stock. The same afternoon, they went above and beyond to source the tips for me and delivered the next day. Unfortunately no fault of their own, the supplier only packed 1 tip, not 2. Just one phonecall to Race Haus and all sorted within 10 minutes and received the very next day. Race Haus should be proud of their customer service 5 stars all day long. Race Haus Ltd has solid service overall, with responsive and helpful staff, particularly Kai Rahman. While delivery was fast and the parts quality good, the experience felt somewhat standard. They’re steady and reliable, but not extraordinary. A decent choice for motor trade needs or custom parts, but room for slight improvement in overall experience. ***

Steering wheel looks unreal more than happy with the finished product, also had a couple other bits ordered and can’t fault them what so ever. Process was really straight forward and the team was a big help in all the questions I had to ask. Will definitely be ordering more parts in the future!

The item took longer to unpack than it did to fit. Well protected with 4 layers of bubble wrap. Good guys to deal with, l highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough about the quality of Race haus. My car (M2 G87) had been booked in for the 6th January 2025. A booking I had to make 2 months prior. I ordered a HAS kit from a different supplier and when they came to fit it not only was missing parts but it was for a different car 🤬🤬. Panicking I rang a few suppliers with no joy until I spoke to Ky at race haus who not only sourced one but had it delivered the very next day before 10am, WOW. I have dealt with a lot of companies over the years but I must say that Race haus not only for It’s 100% service but for the fact that they wanted to help me out of a poor situation. Again Ky unbelievably appreciated
