I ordered a steering wheel for my competition car from these guys as another supplier had let me down, they went out of their way to help and they were able to get it to me the next day, will definitely use them for future orders.

ordered a fuel additive cleaner on 11 Jan 2026, delivery was expected on the 19th. Have notrecieved any delivery or any update with my order. Sent two email still no reply and also called no response

I had an extremely poor experience with Racehaus. I placed an order (£1,600) for a carbon bonnet that was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. The order never showed as dispatched, despite being marked for delivery.

I contacted them repeatedly over several days via Messenger, phone, and email. Messages were either ignored or met with the same automated response saying they’d “received my message.” I was told I would be updated “this evening” multiple times, which never happened. Their phone line goes straight to voicemail, emails went unanswered, and at one point their website was completely down.

When I asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded, I was first told it would be cancelled, then later told it couldn’t be cancelled because they were “trying,” despite no progress or dispatch. Due to the lack of response and conflicting information, I had no choice but to open a PayPal dispute.

After opening the dispute, they attempted to pressure me into cancelling my PayPal case — which would have left me with no buyer protection — and even told me “good luck.” Nearly a month later, PayPal reviewed the case and ruled fully in my favour, issuing a refund.

This experience was incredibly stressful and completely avoidable. The lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism — especially given the amount of money involved — is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think very carefully before ordering.

Order placed - email received with an estimated delivery date which came and passed. Attempt to contact Race Haus via chat no reply. No reply to two emails asking for an update either.
Requested to cancel order (via a 3rd email) due to lack of information... no response.
Guessing I will have to ask Paypal (who I am now glad I used) for a refund. Not a great experience for me unfortunately. In a competitive and crowded market I won't be using again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order, 6 weeks ago for lights for my son’s car. A Xmas present. Lights never turned up, no reply to emails, phone calls & with some searching, this company was dissolved in Sept 2025! Raging

They told me I would receive my order by the 6th January.
No reply from all the emails i have sent them, no reply from the what's app contact number and they never answer their phones.

I have ordered a part about 3-4 months ago, and never received it, they have non existent customer service, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Sent wrong item and are not responding to any method of communication avoid this business

I ordered on 2 of October and I am still waiting to get my parcel its 20 of November…. This guy first of all can’t reply to messages or phone calls until you charge him cash back !
Than he will contact you later to demand that you take out bad reviews and story what happen to me otherwise he wont send me the package and to cancel the cash back !
Thats why I am posting now because my parcel is in my country now and he has no control !
So first of all, guy is a big layer, he don’t remember that he already told you that package is on way and some delays with tracking number and than after 2 weeks he will say he is still waiting him self to receive it… so that already dont go together… than he will write you in whatsup or viber or messenger but not in company email as it should be done!

Than in end of day little man squeeze out the delivery, but he forgot to put my phone number or email on parcel…

Avoid at all COSTS! I placed an order, for custom steering wheel that’s costs just under £1,700. I got email saying to rate the order which I never received, I then tried to contact multiple times through email and there phone number and have been completely blanked. I have not heard anything at all from them since placing the order and I’ve lost my money. I would give it 0 stars if possible!
