Be aware that this company is more…

Be aware that this company is more interested in making money and promoting 'Top Quality' experiences than actual welfare. They have withdrawn from the 3000+ microshare market, making it clear that they cannot compete with others Syndicates in this sector, and now concentrating on the smaller 10 - 500 share with much higher expenses per share.
The horses are initially offered at purchase price, but they use dynamic pricing in the hope of getting more money out of you. Eg.
1. After a showing promise, Treasure Time increased in value from £100K to £600K, and was then entered in 'high profile' races he was totally unsuitable for. It was obvious that W.Haggas did not want to enter him in those races, but RaceShare wanted to offer the 'experience' to Shareholders. Now reduced to £100K, and moved to another Trainer.
2. Sea Tempest. Purchased for £58K & after discussion with Trainer, has been revalued at £160K. Not yet raced, so no idea how good he actually is !!
3. Golden Maverick. Sustained an injury in October 2025 which may mean being off the race track for almost a year, so rather than retire him (as happens with most Syndicates), have decided to cut their losses and enter him in the January Online Sales so that someone else can take the responsibility of caring for him.

Hi there. The 'dynamic pricing' as you call it works both ways and we lower values as well as raise them. It is entirely logical to increase a horse's value if it is warranted. In the case of Treasure Time, who was a £100k handicap winner at the York Ebor meeting, his price in a sale ring would have soared after that. Golden Maverick was sold privately to a reputable bloodstock agent, not at an online sale. He made a full recovery from his injury before being sold, so retirement would have been premature for a horse who still had plenty of fun and racing to give new owners.

Had an amazing time at race share…

Had an amazing time at race share meeting with our boy Buccabay, had a lovely day, lovely people, lovely staff couldn’t do enough for us, very knowledgeable nothing was too much trouble. I bought shares in buccabay in memory of my dad, I asked on weds if they had any of his old shoes and by Saturday I received a pair.. was over the moon. Eve Johnson Houghton and all her staff were fantastic. All in all we had the Best day. Thankyou can’t wait to do it all again x

An affordable racehorse ownership…

An affordable racehorse ownership experience, with numerous badges, stable visits & new friendship created.
Appreciate not all can afford the increased share ownership models, but if you can & enjoy horse racing then you will not regret it.

Great syndicate, engaging staff and quality horses.

I've been a shareholder with RaceShare for a while now and they are the best syndicate that I have been involved with.
There are many different share options/prices to suit all budgets with quality horses and trainers.
Regular stable visits and guests are always welcome.
The weekly updates are very informative with great videos. On raceday there is excellent coverage from the racecourse for anyone unable to attend.
I would definitely recommend RaceShare.

Early experience of Raceshare

I now have shares in 5 different horses. We get weekly updates on each horse, including video/pictures plus a general up date on the full raceshare stable.
Further updates are given at the entry and declaration dates followed by draw for owners badges. Even if you don't get a badge you can often get discount badges.
It's great to meet new people in the syndicate at the races.
There are also stable visits and we looking forward to our first one later this month.

Raceshare - great entry level into racehorse ownership

Raceshare is a great entry level for anyone interested in owning a micro or a small share in a racehorse.
With weekly updates from the trainers on your own horse and news from the Raceshare team on all of the Raceshare horses, you have a real involvement in your horse's progress.
Owner tickets for attending a live race are ballotted, but if your name doesn't get picked out, there is often a discounted entry fee to the racecourse.
For those not attending, Raceshare provide reports from the racecourse by their representative, pre and post race, and commentary on the race, as it happens.
Raceshare have a range of horses, and different trainers, and are adding to their stable all the time, with purchases made on their behalf by an expert.
Stable visits tend to occur twice a year, and again you apply to go into a ballot, with visits limited to one visit per year to give everyone a chance.
You get to experience the same ups and downs as sole owners of a racehorse - they will have their good days and not so good days - it's all part of the excitement of being involved in the world of horse racing.
Raceshare is a highly professional organisation, and would highly recommend.

Great customer experience

Really enjoying the ownership experience. RaceShare always make an effort to make you feel involved. I’ve been lucky to get owners badges but even when missing out RaceShare ensure they arrange meet ups/private facilities etc. The yard visits are excellent, a real pleasure to attend and the weekly updates are great to read

RACESHARE keeps every owner up to date once a week with a video. When one of your horse's is running they keep you informed of everything that is going on at the track, plus good info after the horse has run.

Well worth the journey with RaceShare

I joined the RaceShare family just before Treasure Time won at York, a very exciting day out for all concerned. I have since bought several more shares in both flat and NH horses and can highly recommend RaceShare to any racing fans who want to feel a part of the journey. Yard visits to see your horses with like minded people weekly videos and updates on each horse from their trainers and the option of applying for an owners badge if your horse is declared to run. Very good value for your investment

As a 1st time small shareholder I must say Raceshare has far exceeded my expectations. Initial introduction pack and all further communication has been top class. Haven't been racing yet due to distance involved but it cant be on everyones doorstep but hope to go next time Sea Tempest runs.Looks like I might be involved with a very good horse .Good luck to Tom, Stan, Cam and all the team. Unreasonable price increases

I have a share in Sea Tempest. The weekly emails and information is really good, and customer service always replies quickly if you have a query. No problems with the whole communication systems.

However, I bought this horse for around £110 when he first went on sale. Once he started more work, the trainer said is is a really nice horse. Raceshare then went and increased the share price to £320! That is ridiculous considering the horse had never even seen a racetrack and is a complete unknown in ability- I am sure every trainer tells the owner your horse is nice! He had his first race last week, and now the price has increased AGAIN to £385! How you can justify this is beyond me- you haven't even sold all the shares and he has been on sale MONTHS, yet you are pricing a lot of people out already.
