Superb service from Race Timings solutions. Yhis was my first event as marathon race director and a steep learning curve for me but the chip timers were supportive and helpful from start to finish in the planning and on the day. Rory was brilliant - turning up very early for the set up, calm, organised and on top of everything. Fantastic thank you.

The RTS team were able to adapt to our events and the specifics we needed to keep both sponsors and participants happy - this is a huge element for us and they moved mountains to make sure everything was in place.

The team arrived onsite promptly and completed everything they needed to do from a build perspective in a timely manner. The timing of the various events went smoothly and regular updates were appreciated. De-rig was seamless and post event communications directly with participant queries were quick and efficient.

We work with the Race Timing Solutions team for all of our events. The team are friendly, professional and feel part of our team on the day, always willing to help and resolve issues and super responsive at getting things done... we've worked with the team for around 6 years now and wouldn't change, we run around 15-20 events per year with up to 3000 runners at an event.

RTS are very easy to deal with, highly efficient and, most importantly, super accurate on the day.

Excellent efficiency of staff and recording at our triathlon. Any missing data was sorted that day and results online quickly.

Through no fault of her own the race timing did get mixed but she worked hard to try and fix it. Before the event there was clear communication and you have reached out for feedback which is great.

Pavlos was great at the Lingwood Duathlon 2024. Arrived on time and set up the transition and timing expertly. Adapted to changes on the hoof as needed. A pleasure to work with and looking forward to next year.

Fantastic service provided by these guys to time this event. Clear instructions for where to put the chip timer, accurate timing throughout the event and also were super helpful in helping out with tasks beyond their responsibilities. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely be using them again.
