I had a really good experience with this company, customer service was friendly and helpful when ordering a print. I was skeptical after reading some of the previous reviews but I spoke to customer service on the phone and found out the company is under new ownership. My order arrived quickly and was excellent quality! Satisfied customer :)

Terrible company. They took my cash for two prints at the NEC classic car show and I have still not received them 4 weeks later. Avoid this company at all costs they have not responded to my calls,emails or messages. My next step is to go and start knocking on their doors to get my money back failing that I will go to the next show they are at and kick up a storm on there stand. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a company 😡😡😡😡

I was kept up to date about my order and when it arrived I couldn't have been happier, very good quality, would definitely buy again

Terrible, don't EVER buy anything from these clowns, take your money and they don't deliver. No customer service whatsoever, so no choice but to give a bad review

Order never arrived , we are in the process of taking legal action , please avoid, we will catch up with them again at a show...

Absolute waste of space company, there is no customer service skillset at all. they do not respond to messages even though they have read them. I ordered 2 beach towels, tracker says order ready yet I haven't received them and unable to get a response. Please steer clear of this company, there are plenty of other similar businesses out there so use them.

My husband ordered a towel in 27th June and haven’t received anything emailed then sent WhatsApp messages which they have read but don’t reply and tried the contact number they leave

The canvas' wasn't delivered when they were supposed to be and then when they were, one of the large ones wasn't the colour it was supposed to be. We contacted Racingprints and told them this but their correspondence has been terrible. We have been trying for months to get a refund but on the odd occasion they do respond there is nothing but poor excuses. Customer service is terrible and this company couldn't care less about their errors at your expense.

Ordered on 24 th November, promised delivery before Christmas. organised twice to deliver, to no avail. After contacting through text, chat and phone calls Christmas week, they eventually got back to me on the Thursday before Christmas to promise Christmas delivery AGAIN, to no avail!! Eventually text at 12.57 on Christmas Eve to tell me I had to pick it up! Nearly 4 hours round trip! Disgusting as the print was for my 12 year old son for his main Christmas present.
I asked for my money back as I had family and friends coming round at 1 pm, the only good thing about my experience was, they sent the money to my account instantly.
If they had asked even the day before, I could have got there to pick it up myself, but being half way through Christmas Eve was a bit tight! They had a month to deliver!
