Arrived safely
It arrived safely and within the 3 day window. Just one star off because I did receive a message saying it would arrive on Friday at 7.30pm and it never did, and then I received another message the day after saying I would receive it that day. So I was worried the package got lost/stolen. But it did arrive the second time I got the message.

There was a problem with my order thst was not the supplier's fault. As soon as I raised it, they were clear and prompt in suggesting ways to resolve it, giving me the choice. Brilliant Service
There’s a very varied on line choice of tennis rackets to suit all levels. Ordering was easy and up to date despatch and delivery time was advised.
I would suggest that the customer could be advised of the covers available to fit their racket at the time of ordering.

My opinion of Rackets Express
The ordering with Rackets Express was easy. They were true to their name, I ordered on Friday afternoon and the racket was despatched the same day. It's a lovely racket and comes with a case a birthday present for my Grandson and I am sure he will be thrilled with it.

Appalling Service
I recently ordered and paid for 2 rackets from this outfit online, they then sent me an e-mail to say they cannot fulfil my order. For 2 weeks I have been trying to reach them leaving messages with their warehouse etc... with no response. The number on their website now no longer works. I honestly thought it must be a fraudulent operation until seeing positive reviews here. Customer service is appalling. Something is wrong here...
