Great tennis rackets, great price and awesome customer service!! What more can u ask for!!
Great quality, fast service. My granddaughter is very happy. Thank you.
Spoke to Jo who understood what I required and made a good suggestion for a reasonably priced Dunlop C-Max Titanium squash racket to suit my needs. Arrived on time as described very good racket for the price
Fair price, very good service. Website was straightforward with no hidden charges unlike other sites I investigated.
The junior badminton rackets (Wilson) are well made and came in a lovely little zip up case. I bought two packs, so 4 rackets in total, and the children I coach on a Sunday morning in Haslingden are immediately loving them!
I bought a racket last week and I had an issue with it from the manufacturer, a small defect but significant.
Racket world were very helpful in regards to trying their best to accommodate me and my issue as the manufacturer were not being helpful in regards to admitting fault or that the issue was valid under a warranty claim.
The manufacturer said it was 'normal' but also privately they also told me it was valid under a warranty claim, i did not appreciate the manufacturer trying to persuade me that the defect on the racket was 'normal' as anyone with common sense can tell it isnt likewise other defects which are more than cosmetic that is what irked me the most like I'm stupid and going to believe what they say when it is a simple poor quality control issue.
Racketworld did not have many left at the time of purchase in my grip size as it was a sale item and by the time confirmation came from the manufacturer there was only 1 left, racket world were kind enough to reserve it for me when i asked provided i send back my one asap.
I decided it was too much hassle for me to do all this as i would need to ungrip the racket and put the original grip back on then arrange postage etc etc so decided to keep the racket as i couldn't guarantee the replacement would be any better and wouldn't want to go through the whole fiasco again esp since it was a small defect.
Racketworld were kind enough to offer me a partial refund for my trouble which i accepted.
I will definitely shop with them again and hope next time i don't have a similar issue. None of which is their fault as they don't manufacture the rackets but get indirectly blamed.
I would ignore the negative reviews on here as they are so far apart time wise and every company has a couple.
I just appreciate they took the time and effort to accommodate me in regards to a potential warranty claim over a racket which was just bought a week ago, they are a relatively small business so don't have the economies of scale a larger retailer can provide in regards to returns/faults but have done their best to try to help me.
I visited Racket world in Dudley on 2 occasions in January (2024) and on both occasions purchased a squash racket. I was prompted to visit them as my daughter had ordered a squash racket online from them, as a secret Santa last Christmas for her brother. Shortly after this in January, me and my son had a clash of rackets on court with my racket coming out of it with a crack to the frame so needed a replacement. On the first visit I purchased a racket for myself and on the second visit I purchased one for my son as a spare. We are both extremely happy with the rackets that were purchased. On both occasions I saw Josh who I found friendly and very helpful. In fact on the second visit instead of selling me the racket that was in their display, he went to the warehouse and got me a brand spanker from their on site storage facility. In fact, I would have been happy to purchase the one on display. I've seen the negative comments and I've got to say that, that is not what I experienced when I visited them and I will continue to purchase my squash rackets from them in the future. Great service. (Visited 9/01 and 15/01)
Great customer service, good deals on rackets and fast delivery.
Fantastic service. Josh was very knowledgeable, and helped me choose the appropriate rackets for myself and my son. Very professional, friendly attitude throughout.
Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. I would 100% recommend to my family & friends.
I have made several direct purchases from Racket World, and my experiences have been excellent. On my initial visit to their shop, I sought advice for upgrading my son's tennis racket. Their guidance was both good and honest. Despite not setting a budget limit, they recommended a mid-range Wilson racket, showing integrity instead of taking advantage, considering my son's development.
More recently, when I needed specific tennis balls, they willingly assisted in placing the order for me, and the price charged was lower than anywhere else.
Racket World will remain my first choice for future purchases.
Post Office failed to deliver our parcel, or at least left it at the wrong property. Racketworld failed to take any responsibility for this and I am still awaiting a refund. They made bizarre requests like a signed letter stating I had not received the parcel, when they already had a message trail, and if they sent it out again they needed an address where it was guaranteed someone would be in. We are retired - how more 'in' can you get. Very poor customer service!
Purchased a Head Ti S6 racket, so I thought.
Wasn’t anything like a head racket and also had the cheek to just sharpie the head logo onto the strings.
Don’t know how they can still be trading.

We bought an expensive Squash racket from Decathalon which sold it to us on behalf of Racketworld
The racket broke immediately on our first game. Our squash coach confirmed it was a manufacturing fault.
Racketworld are refusing to exchange or refund. Decathalon appear unable to help us however they have offered a £5 voucher for a £100 racket !
What poor service which is frustrating and means we have no squash racket now
I wish I’d bought the racket from an accountable friendly local sports shop
DO NOT BUY FROM Racketworld!!!
I bought a set of two rackets via Decathlon. One of these rackets broke first time it was used, and the other one broke third time. The rackets both need re-stringing already.
Decathlon offered me a measly £25 gift card (purchase was £50) and RACKETWORLD wouldn't help me at all, all they would offer was a re-stringing service, FOR MORE MONEY!
Do not buy from Decathlon or RACKETWORLD.
Awful company - do not buy from! Shipped a damaged racket, I opened and repacked for return instantly. They the accused me of damage to the racket sending me false ‘evidence’ of another racket, clearly smashed, used and abused, not the brand new racket I returned! Refusing a refund!
So far I have only received 2 out 3 parts of the order and am still missing the final part (3 tennis balls). Have contacted the company multiple times and had no response from them. Now regretting purchasing from this company.
Bought a Tecnifibre Carboflex 135 and on first use, the strings broke and separated from the frame. Contacted customer service for a replacement due to faulty product, and they refused and only offered to restring at my cost. Terrible customer service
Do not buy from this company! Bought 2 weeks ago on Amazon, due delivery 2 days later but no still no racket. After delays stating delivery issues, turns out they had sold out, tried to offer a completely different racket that would be useless to me. Requested a refund again with complaint sent to Amazon. Terrible!
They have been amazing! Great customer service and very speedy delivery. Definitely would recommend this company and use them again.
