I've been using R A Dalton for over 15 years and they always have proved reliable and efficient in all aspects of servicing & emptying our Biodisc. Would highly recommend.

Daltons do a great job for us and our Sewerage Treatment Plant. I find the staff to be excellent both in the office and the engineers on the ground.

I've been dealing with RA Dalton for a number of years now and, in my experience, their service has always been faultless.
From booking reminders and fast response times to friendly, highly competent and helpful service engineers there isn’t one part of the experience that could be improved.

I needed it tested quickly. As usual things never went perfect but the communication was quick and precise as was the solution but then went above and beyond for a quick emergency requirement.
Well impressed as I am in the service and delivery business myself.

I live within a small community of six houses situated in a Cambridgeshire village which currently does not have the benefit of mains drains. Instead, we have a brown water treatment plant which satisfies the mains drainage needs of all six homes.
Our water treatment plant - a Klargester BioDisc domestic sewage treatment plant, is serviced and maintained by R A Dalton who are waste water specialists and operate from Bishop Auckland, County Durham. We have found them always friendly and approachable and very thorough in their service delivery. On occasions when a ‘call-out’ has been necessary – to address a breakdown or undertake a repair, the advice given and their response time to fix the problem has been second to none. We have never been let down and have complete confidence knowing that in the event of a problem with our treatment plant getting help is only a ‘phone call away. A service is carried out every six months and this has ensured that the facility continues to perform extremely well. Once completed, an itemised engineer’s worksheet is produced and this clarifies the checks made and the tasks undertaken, and this only adds to the confidence that we are being well looked after. The service report will also access the need for the tank to be emptied or desludged, and if required Dalton’s will even organise for this to be carried out through a preferred operator.
R A Dalton is a very organised and well-run outfit, and is highly professional in the way they deliver their service. Their ‘hand holding’ approach to customers is a great comfort and we consider ourselves lucky to have been looked after in this way. Personnel at all levels are always friendly and helpful and this makes it easy to maintain a great working relationship with the firm.

We have used them consistently for the last 5 years+ on all scale of projects and they have a fantastic team to assist with queries, install always goes without a hitch and servicing team are very thorough. Can't fault them.

Excellent service as always. Office staff are helpful, friendly and accommodating. Engineers are always cheerful and chatty and on time and this time was no different.
I rang in to say how nice the engineer was, we live in an age where we are happy to complain but rarely to praise someone and this company deserves praise. Great stuff!!!
