Was told the radiators would be delivered by Tuesday at the time when I ordered them and it's now the Saturday afterwards and all I have received is this request to give feedback on radiators I don't have!!

I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole. I ordered this radiator next day delivery didn't come till 4 weeks later no communication. I called emailed and messaged them not a word. However the radiator did come and it looked great just hope it works now

AVOID like the plague! They sent us a damaged radiator. Fair enough these things happen. They told us they would authorise a refund (after we sent photos which we did). They have since disappeared off the face of the earth with £200 of our money - no refund as promised. They dont answer phones, they dont respond to emails...nothing. I really wish Id read the reviews of this company before buying because I couldnt find a good one. We have taken legal advice but it looks as though we'll now have to take this through small claims, costing ME time and money I dont. This has got to be the worst company on the planet...avoid avoid avoid...you have been warned.

Really nice radiator just a shame it wasn't polished as ordered and their telephone number doesn't work so can't resolve the issu quickly .

Ordering process straightforward with prompt confirmation of order and notification when radiator ready to dispatch. Unfortunately, having replied with preferred delivery date, delivery did not take place on that day. In trying to contact the company by email and phone to investigate, couldn't get hold of anyone for 2 days. The phone was answered on the third attempt on day 2 and the situation was quickly and effectively resolved and radiator delivered within 48 hours. The main issues are being able to contact the company when there are problems and responses to company emails not being received or read.

I had 5 damaged towel rails delivered before finally getting a non damaged one. However it wasn't the thermostat I ordered and 11 months down the line I am STILL waiting for the correct one.

Absolutely awful I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered Radiator on 18th, delivered 20th . Excellent service. It was also cheaper than other online retailers. Would use again.

I had no email confirmation of the order and no radiator has appeared 10 days later. Was supposed to be free next day delivery. The cost has been taken from my bank account. My email to the company has not been answered and the phone is never answered.

Absolutely outrageous! Ordered a radiator from this bunch of jokers two weeks ago for next day delivery as I had plumbers booked in the day after. As of the 3rd of March they have not arrived. We have had no contact whatsoever with them. We have sent 15 emails and 65 phone calls they don't pick up!!! I am contemplating driving the two hours up but I cant trust myself to behave!

I ordered a radiator from this company 5 days before Christmas, because it was to arrive in 3 days...after 3 days it hadn't arrived... So I rang the company to let them know ... They straight away said we'll send you out another one ... A few days later both radiators arrived... We sent one back of course ... But I couldn't believe how they never queried anything .... Just sent another one.. I would recommend this company to anyone ...
