Rang and spoke to Darren before ordering as needed advice on colour. Very friendly and professional help given so I placed my order for 2 cream appliances. The colour match is perfect and the vertical radiators look brilliant in my kitchen and dining room. Darren kept me informed of delivery dates and so all my expectations were met. Bought this expecting nest day delivery. Didn't receive a confirmation email and had to phone to ask where the order was. No apology, just told it would be there the next day. Annoying as I had tradesmen booked who had to delay the job of refitting a cloakroom.
The item itself appears to be fine though have not switched the heating on yet since it being fitted.

Was very pleased with how efficient your service was. Have not fitted heated towel rail yet as still decorating but it looks just as I expected. If it it works as good as it looks will be 5 stars

Utterly failed to deliver. Blaming it on the third party delivery company was a lame excuse!

Radiator is good quality with a high class finish - as it should be at the price. Delivery was a slight issue with the 7 to 10 days stretching to 11 working days with no notification of delivery date as promised.

We ordered on 18/01/16 & are still currently awaiting delivery of our third radiator due to the couriers damaging the previous 2. Joanne has been very helpful but I have had to continually put our plumber off & will now have to fit around his schedule. Currently one very cold conservatory & no offer of compensation. I am unable to judge the quality of the product as it isn't here! Also the website says delivery within 2 working days.
