I placed my order in the evening and was contacted the very next morning with delivery details.
Item delivered within 3 days, well packaged and in perfect condition.
Delivery driver was extremely helpful in assisting me with the item which was quite heavy.
Although it s unlikely that I will need to order anything else in the near future, I will not hesitate in recommending Radiators Online to family and friends.

Ordered a smart radiator thermostat after speaking to staff on the telephone who advised me.
The ordering process is simple and hassle free, my order arrived the following day after updates on my delivery and arrived when it said it would.The quality is good and the price competitive. Will definitely order again they have a good range of products too!

I had a few problems with the product however it was the manufacturer who was at fault. The customer service from Radiators online were brilliant but the supplier let them down by not providing the correct instructions as well as some missing pieces. Customer services chased them up and communicated well with me.
