There was an issue with the original item delivered directly from a third party supplier, but Radiators Online apologised, arranged for a replacement item to be delivered and the faulty item to be collected and returned. Bought a product online and soon after received notification that it should never have been able to have been sold as it was not in stock. Refund promised. 2 weeks later and no refund. No response from second mail to customer service. Very poor.
