Easy Order
Easy Order. The order was pact for shipment same day. delivery was booked same day.
No problems with Radio Parts at all.
The delivery by Star Track however took weeks and lots of ringing around and finally a couple of official complaints to find the parcel.

The order process is simple
The order process is simple, the Staff on the phone are not only cheerful but quickly provide the information requested. The orders are then easily tracked so you are informed the whole way till the parts arrive at your premises. Would definitely recommend Radio Parts to anyone. There are plenty of organisations here in Sydney need some tutoring in how to treat a customer. The last place I tried before Radio Spares made out like I was being done a favour them taking my order. They could take a leaf out of Radio Parts play book,

Great electronics supply
Range of electronic items is very good, prices are very reasonable and delivery is fairly priced too. I used to deal with RP, decades ago for work and it has kept up its efficiency. There are so many products that eventually I will find a few more items to add to those I need for work but the catalogue is fairly easy to navigate.
I believe they had a store in Malvern East quite a few years ago, which would have been great for pick ups but will have to just focus on delivery.
