I have Warning for this companybeen waiting for over 3 months…
I have been waiting for over 3 months for the packages, they still haven't arrived. I was told by the postal service that the package lacks the recipient's name and has been sent back. Now they want an extra fee to send it again. They have missed the recipient's name on the package and I will pay for their mistake. Warning for this company

EXTRA CHARGES BEWARE
Not a great experience and wont use again. So after ordering I recived a email from another source saying I need to Pay a 9 dollar customs fee. I reached out to radio world and basicly played dumb. I forwarded the email that was sent and they said not to pay it they were not sure. Then i received several more emails saying the product would be returned to sender so I just paid it. After paying a forward the email and the guy said "Oh thats real you need to pay it. I've ordered stuff all over the world and NEVER BEEN CHARGED LIKE THIS. It bees a nightmare over a 2oz antenna. Never again. I could of ordered from the states, saved money, and had my product already. What a joke this became

We're sorry to read this review, as it does not accurately reflect what happened.
The customs charge was not raised by Radioworld. As explained in our email correspondence, international customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and/or the carrier, not by Radioworld. We do not collect these charges and we do not receive any part of them.
Initially, you forwarded what appeared to be a suspicious email claiming to be related to customs charges. Based on the information available at the time, we advised caution and explained that scammers frequently target international shipments. After further tracking updates showed the parcel was being held pending customs clearance and that customs information or payment may be required, we advised that any legitimate request would come from the carrier or customs authority.
Your order was dispatched promptly and the tracking showed the parcel progressing normally through the international network. At no point did Radioworld request additional payment from you, nor did we add any charges after your order was placed.
We appreciate that import charges are frustrating, particularly when they are unexpected, but these are outside our control and are a normal part of many international shipments.
We wish you all the best and hope you enjoy your antenna once it arrives.

Good and bad for me
Good and bad for me . Purchased an astatic red devil mic . All works as it should, good service from the staff , apart from wanting £40 yes £40 for putting me a 4 pin plug on . The mic was £70 , so would of cost me £110 with the 4 pin .

Very slow service
Ordered Saturday 6th of June with a faster delivery service advertised as 1-2 days weekday delivery that we paid extra for. Now it's 9:30pm Thursday 11th of June and still no delivery.
Not a great experience.
