We had a lovely time at Radisson Blu hotel in Manchester Airport. Tyra and Dileep were very lovely and friendly. Tyra delivered us a exceptional service with our food, food was amazing. She was very friendly and DILEEP made us a nice coffee. We are definitely coming back.
The Raddison rewards support group are hopeless …
The Raddison rewards support group are terrible! Basically they are unable to understand questions and respond directly to them. Instead they give an answer to a question you have not asked. Obvious call centre with staff who do not have product knowledge. So frustrating and ultimately Raddison will lose business over this!!!

Terrible paid upfront for reservations , my flight were cancelled . Called the hotel as a courtesy to update them. No points allocated for booking made and payments received on their end. Joke !
Absolutely disgusting joke of a "company"
The prices you pay for their hotels are purely made up and phantasy based. I paid for a hotel and one week later, the same room for the same dates(!) was more than 40% cheaper. Of course they refused any step to reduce the difference. Extremely disgusting company that obviously massively overprices their rooms and scams guests for their money. Customer service line does not exist. When you call, the phone is never answered.
Appalling misleading points system…
Appalling misleading points system which is so confusing (possibly done to stop people redeeming). Lady on the end of the phone very unprofessional chewing gum and sadly wasn’t much help, told us to reactivate account and points would show, they don’t!
NO LOYALTY - Overnight devaluation of Points
The 'no notice' overnight devaluation of points in 2022 was unforgiveable.
Loyalty meant customers losing around 70% of their points value. When Radisson can do this, why would you choose to stay loyal to them?
Also, the Customer Service is dreadful, it's as if agents are being incentivised NOT to help you, it's so bizarre.

I booked a room on my points on the app…
I booked a room on my points on the app - supposed to £0. Then after its booked got a message saying your reservation is not guaranteed add your credit card to guarantee it… so I did! Then just realised it booked on my card not points! And can’t get through to customer services to fix. Really disappointed at this experience… totally misleading functionality. Feel really ripped off

Cant honour Best price guarantee
Best price guarantee is not a guarantee. Member of Shangrila and Marriott. Always get best price through the website but I called Radisson for price matching booking.com prices. They can't price match. I pointed out their best price guarantee on their website and the operator ask me where is it that I saw it. What a joke. The only reason i am booking this hotel is because I want to stay at the same hotel as my business associates. Otherwise, I would look elsewhere.

I believe that the customer service…
I believe that the customer service does not actually exist. Chatbot? After informing them twice that the billing and the booking confirmation do not match, i.e. the breakfast was not included on the booking confirmation but it was booked and included on the bill, they have send me a mail stating that I should directly ask the hotel for an invoice.
Fraudsters, avoid them.
Fraudsters. They said that they offer the best price but it was actually €150 higher than on Booking. I wrote them about this because they have a "Best Rates Guarantee" policy to match the price. After a few email back and forth they "did their own research" and found out that they price is lower than on booking for the same room. So I canceled at radisson, booked on booking and now I have the same room €150 cheaper.
I wonder how these fraudster can still exist in the EU in the 21st century, outrageous.

From best loyalty scheme to worst!
Went from being one of the best loyalty to schemes to being the absolute worst. Points worthless and impossible to redeem for stays that used to be very simple to achieve. Will now stop using Radisson and move to IHG so they have lost 10’s of thousands of pounds of business from myself and my colleagues in work 👎🏻
A complete scam
A complete scam. I am a “Premium Radisson Rewards member” and cannot use my points to book a stay. Consistently the same error message both on website and app and no customer service support whatsoever. Use another hotel chain!
Joke rewards programme joke customer service
Called the customer services department with queries, pigeon english spoken and they are of no help at all, they won't even follow up issues, they said I should keep emailing as I won't hear back!
The Radisson rewards programme changed overnight in Oct, so my 150k points are now worth half what they were. Immoral, incompetent I will never use this chain again.
Broken website and staff unable to communicate in English
Wasted over 2 hours trying to make a simple booking for a room next year. Website shows availability, even says "your room is guaranteed" then as soon as you click Book you get an error message "Oops there is an error".
Tried 2 different laptops. Even tried downloading the mobile app - all are broken.
Spoke to customer services - a guy who was barely able to communicate in English, with a baby crying in the background.
Apparently the error is because "the rooming is not available". OK - so why is it showing it as available on the screen and why is it giving the same error regardless of what date I try to book or what location.
Disgusted with how far Radisson standards have fallen and I will be taking all my future custom to Hilton.
After an update of the radisson rewards…
After an update of the radisson rewards system the summer 2021, i couldnt log in. When i finally logged in after couple a of calls to the support, all the 120.000 points were missing.
I contacted and emailed the support for 3 months back and forth, with copies of bills and bankaccount withdrawls of stays that proved the points, they totally ignored the proofs and here i am today with all the points missing.
This is a scam and a fraud. Stay in another chain of hotels if you look to get points.
