This company is a JOKE AVOID AVOID……… Set up a direct debit they tried to take money two days later then charged me £80 late payment fee……. closed my account they would send me the final invoice and then would send me another saying the fuel station has only just sent them the bill…… this happened 4 times I closed the account in march and just had another threatening text saying I need to pay £133 or they’re sending debt collectors rounds turns out the £133 was actually only £73 and that was today the 11th of April YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

No saving over pump price , when my business colleagues get a very big discount , and get a ficed fuel price the week before weren’t send correct cards , when challenged was asked to send recipt from fuel station , customers don’t have time to send recipts , when I said cancel the accounts , were then told about terms and conditions
Never will use this fuel card provider again , considering there supposed to save you money

I would have given 5 stars for the telephone call but for the fact the return fee for a device (tracker) [ that has not worked for the past 12 months and I’ve asked numerous times for it to be cancelled] was not waived.
However I can not fault Cat Kelly who conducted the call as she handled the call both diligently and professionally and is a credit to your organisation.

Rubbish incompetent. Don't fall for there add . Bank charges for return DD unbelievable. And they put you on stop instead of phoning you theres a problem with the direct debit which there was not with my bank as there was more than enough to cover .so I payed off the account now they are trying to get more money after closing my account. Looks like I will be taking them to a small claims court. And I will want compensation for alarm and distress. Ian loan 436357 account number
