Avoid Radius at all costs.
I was mis-sold a mobile phone contract and when I complained, the person who sold it to me simply said it was no longer his problem because he had been promoted. That tells you everything you need to know about this company.
No accountability, terrible customer service, and zero interest in fixing problems they create. Once they have your signature, they do not care.
Disgraceful experience from start to finish.
I had an issue with my trackers the problem was sorted straight away.
