George has been a fantastic help! I engaged him twice in the last couple years and in both occasions he was not only super professional, but also very effective! He got me interviews with at least 5 of the hottest hedge funds in the US, with the end result (both times) being a job that pays really well and I enjoy. This sounds corny but I really can't say anything but good things about the service provided!

I know agency recruitment is a sales job where we, applicants are the product, but, especially at the level you are recruiting, it would be great if you wouldn't ghost applicants.

I haven't received a single response to any of my emails or applications this year. Not a single one. Unless I was unlucky enough to run into the same person who just stubbornly refuses to respond to messages, I'd say it's somewhat representative to how you (and, to be fair, not just you) "work" with candidates.

Ben was truly exceptional throughout the whole journey. He explained the role very well, gave me help with each stage of the very long interview process, and always chased up Optiver to let me know how I was progressing. He gave me multiple interview tips, and I think I couldn't have done it without him. Thanks so much Ben for all your help.

Oli is very professionnal and knows the market well. He has a strong network to source and place candidates in quantitative trading. Highly recommend him.

Working with Oliver has been very pleasant. We focused on a few companies, GTS and Tudor, but the process with GTS was very fast and got a good offer within one month from starting the process.

As a headhunter Oliver strikes a good balance between keeping me updated with the state of the process without swamping me with unnecessary calls as others do. Working together I realized that he is knowledgeable of the firm he was submitting my resume and his contacts are solid.

In summary it was a very good and profitable working relationship.

The recruiter I worked with was Joseph and he was such a great help. He was real and gave excellent support and was very down to earth. I felt as he wanted me to win and felt very motivating as well as reassuring. The only thing that I would add is that the Job Descriptions on LinkedIn are very short. I am not sure if that is the policy of the specific company I was interviewing for or if Radley James only sends out the full job description once greeted with the initial call. I feel as it made the job seem like a bit of a scam and potentially turned some potential prospects away from applying. Overall though, a great experience.
