As well as being probably the largest suppliers of petrol and battery chainsaws in the UK (including Stihl, Husqvarna and Echo Chainsaws, Domestic Petrol Chainsaws and Professional Petrol Chainsaws), we also carry huge stocks of petrol and battery pedestrian mowers, ride-on mowers, strimmers, brushcutters, blowers, vacuums, hedge trimmers, chippers, shredders, lawn care systems, two wheeled tractors, rotavators, cultivators and much more… large workshop on site to service all types of garden machinery and repair. A reliable and trustworthy company

A reliable and trustworthy company, easy to deal with and very responsive. A minor gripe with my last order: product was shown as ‘in stock’ but it turned out not to be, which led to a ~2 week delay, hence only 4 stars this time.

Disappointed and frustrated

I was impressed by the reviews on Trustpilot when researching where to buy a new sit-on mower. I visited the store and was given helpful, knowledgeable advice. I went away and found the model I wanted which was shown as out of stock but told it would be available within a couple of weeks. It’s now been a month since I made my order. I heard nothing from Radmores and have had to contact them, over the past few weeks. I’m so disappointed and thinking of cancelling the order and going elsewhere.

We appreciate how frustrating it is to place an order for a significant purchase such as a ride-on mower and then have to chase for updates yourself.

Brilliant communication,I am from Northern Ireland have bought quite a few big items, strimmers , hedge cutters, lawnmowers hassle free way of buying and tracked to the door with updates on delivery, highly recommend thanks

Just great,does a great job,only…

Just great,does a great job,only downfall was should have received a carry bag according to instruction manual, however sthil have stopped doing it in February and not updated manual, considering the £1000s i spend on sthil it was a very poor show..not radmore and tucker fault.

Happened 3 times .

Happened 3 times .. I go on there website and look for items I need it says in stock online .. and delivery available ..
but every time I order I have to wait 3 weeks 🤦‍♂️ not convenient when trying to run a business.
