As well as being probably the largest suppliers of petrol and battery chainsaws in the UK (including Stihl, Husqvarna and Echo Chainsaws, Domestic Petrol Chainsaws and Professional Petrol Chainsaws), we also carry huge stocks of petrol and battery pedestrian mowers, ride-on mowers, strimmers, brushcutters, blowers, vacuums, hedge trimmers, chippers, shredders, lawn care systems, two wheeled tractors, rotavators, cultivators and much more… large workshop on site to service all types of garden machinery and repair. Large show room in Exeter and extensive website.

Prompt service

Prompt service. Delivery was delayed by a day, but then we're in rural Wales! Customer service also quickly advised me as to how and what to order.

Easy to order.

Easy to order.
excellent company to deal with.
Fast delivery.
Stihl hedge trimmer really good should have got one years ago.
Only used half the battery out off two.

It's been well over the 7-10 days…

It's been well over the 7-10 days delivery and we are still waiting for the final item of the 3 we ordered. However once I raised the issue their communication has been good and they have assured us that the final item will be with us shortly.

Buying online from R and T.

After ordering , I received a reply next day stating 1 or 2 of my items are out of stock , a delay of 5 to 7 days is expected. 17 days later I received them . I did receive apologies , but this service is awful .
Would I buy online from R and T again, no !. I would go elsewhere.

Do not overlook

Always very competitive with keen pricing, the best delivery service (DPD) and helpful, honest answers to questions if and when they arise.

Great company

Great company , will always use them and recommend. Great customer service.efficient on sending products out.kept me updated while waiting for hedge trimmer to come in .

No refund or replacement

Bought a Husqvarna hedge trimmer and motor failed on first time use. Item returned to Radmore & Tucker and this is when the real problems began...after I was blatently lied to by staff I decided I wanted a refund as I was told you can't get replacement head unit anywhere but it was for sale and in stock on their own website!! Don't like being lied to. Had they just sorted the issue all would've be great. Constantly ignored when emailing, spoken to in an inappropriate manner on the phone when I have called. I now have no hedge trimmer and no refund so basically they have stolen £261 from myself. Will end up having to go down the legal route just to be re-imbursed. Avoid this retailer like the plague...worst customer service I have EVER experienced. EDIT 17/06/2026...just to clarify on the reply from Radmore & Tucker they did not refund me it was in fact PayPal who refunded after I opened a case against them so don't be fooled by their pathetic reply.
