This was my first testing with Radonova. The results were higher than previous testing with Acculab. Called and discussed the findings with one of your technicians. The tech was very thorough and explained many of the radon concepts and possible reasons to me.

Non-Compliance with the Agreed Deadline
Radonova claims to deliver test results within 5 days of receiving the detectors; unfortunately, this did not happen. Radonova received the detectors on 28 October, nearly four weeks ago. There are still no results, and I doubt they will be reliable, as the detectors have most likely continued to absorb radon during this time. Working with Radonova has cost us both time and money. Not to mention the sloppy customer panel, only partially translated into Polish, with elements of… Slovenian.

I returned the equipment and did not receive my report
I returned the equipment and did not hear back for months? I finally emailed back and was told that I hadn’t included the start and end date somewhere on return? We used my registration date and return date for the lab to get the result which should have been common sense! The real concern is, why didn’t someone email me when the device was received and ask for the “missing” information?

Due to the high volume of tests received daily, we are unable to manually contact each customer regarding incomplete submissions right as we receive them. We also did not have your email address linked to the returned kit, which meant we weren’t able to reach out directly to request the missing information.
To maintain result accuracy, all reports require verified start and end dates, which must be provided by the conductor of the measurement. This ensures data integrity and compliance with measurement standards.
