Personal information to a third party not appreciated
The radon test kit was just fine. The need to give my personal data to a third party (Radonova) was not appreciated. Despite the name, Radonova Laboratories is not the laboratory where the kit was sent or tested, that would be Alpha Energy Labs, same as many other radon test kits. Thus, no need for Radonova to gather information.

Edit: Thank you for the reply. My point is, the other kits I have used do not require me to give information to a third party. There is no need for this other than data collection by Radonova. All the other kits I have used are registered directly at Alpha Energy Labs, even though the kits were obtained from a separate company/seller.

Clear instructions. Appreciated the discounted FedEx label. Your results matched exactly the meter we have so it was nice to know the meter is accurate.
I was surprised it took so long to get results, given the rush to get the package to you. You might add to your instructions how long until the customer should expect to get the results.
