Good customer service, and they support grassroot charities
I've just discovered Raffle House who run a lifestyle competition prize draw to win a house of your dreams. If you pay to enter via their website, you can enter the draw and support a charity. What I like about them is that you can choose from their list which charity you would like to support, and rather than being larger well known organisations, they are smaller grassroots charities who don't get the same publicity as larger charities. You can search the charities they support on the Charity Commission website and find out more about what they do.
My experience of Raffle House customer service is excellent. I had a couple of questions about their terms and conditions, and they replied to me by the next day answering my questions. I like the fact that should you be lucky enough to win, they give you the option of remaining anonymous. And with the option to take the comparable cash equivalent of the value of the house, what's not to like?

The website is excellent and in great detail and it can easily be navigated when purchasing any tickets for a raffle draw. I had an issue with Raffle House where I thought I had been charged for tickets I had not ordered. It turned out to be my own fault. They clearly explained the problem and were very calm and understanding. Good customer service is always appreciated.
