The EverWeb product is packed with features. I consider myself only modestly skilled with technology, yet I was able to build a customized website to my satisfaction. The user manual is helpful, and the video tutorials are excellent. Their demonstrations of features and how to utilize them help even someone at my skill level to achieve excellent results. Of special note is the level of customer service they provide. Their Knowledge Base provides answers to many issues you might run across when building your site, and if you can’t find your answer there, opening a support ticket will get you a super fast response from one of there experts. I have been able to overcome any problem I’ve faced thanks to their excellent technical support. I strongly recommend!

Without doubt EW has the absolute best tech support of any program I own or have ever owned. Not only are they seemingly 24 hours and not only polite, direct and knowledgable they don't just direct you to a webpage or a Help page. Instead they actually outline the steps required to rectify the issue. In my case it's nothing to do with the software as such but just my knowledge mostly.
I have used them over the years and each and every time the service and attitude is the best in the business. This makes using EW such a pleasure, plus it works so well! Thank you EW Tech Support!!!

After the recent update to Everweb 4.5. I was having some issues with some parts of our website that were made many years ago. I was really confused and starting to panic. I opened a ticket with Rage and within minutes I received a response. I was able to converse via email about my concerns. All it took was about two emails with John to find out how to fix my issues. Exceptional customer service! I highly recommend them.

EverWeb is absolutely the BEST! They offer a wide range of templates that are easy to use and to customize, and there are plenty of easy-to-understand "how to" videos (with transcriptions) to help. There's no need to know anything about coding. And their tech support is superb — quick and helpful, with real people :). I found EverWeb after trying several other options (I'd previously used Apple's iWeb) and have never looked back. Thank you, EverWeb!

Their customer support is EXCEPTIONAL, and any day of the week...any time of the day, they respond. And they respond quickly, cordially and all seem to know their stuff. Product is very sweet and easy to use. It is much like what I came from which is iweb for the Mac, but considerably simpler and quicker to use. A great choice for Mac users and most likely for PC users as well.

Years ago, when Apple discontinued its convenient website builder, iWeb, I was far from happy. Fortunately, EverWeb came along. Somewhat reluctantly, I rebuilt all my websites in the new application, and I have been using it ever since.
Over the years, EverWeb has grown rapidly and become increasingly powerful, while remaining easy to use—even for someone my age, 75 years old.
Of course, things occasionally go wrong, for example after a software update. But that is exactly where EverWeb truly stands out and why I remain a loyal customer: their support is fast, helpful, and effective. They solve the problem.
Sometimes the problem turns out to be partly my own doing. Even then, they patiently continue to help and never leave me on my own.
About two years ago, I decided to transfer my web hosting to EverWeb as well. It costs a little more than hosting locally, but it is well worth it because it makes it even easier for their support team to look directly at my websites whenever an issue arises.
In short, I am extremely happy with EverWeb. And as far as I am concerned, the word “Ever” in EverWeb says it all—it is a service I intend to keep using for a very long time.

I've been using EverWeb since at least 2019 and I'm very pleased with the software and hosting. It's easy to use for a web designing novice and meets the needs of my website. Their support is great, very responsive, jump in and help with code issues and whatever you need. Highly recommended!
