Orders take way too long
It took a month for our school pe kit to arrive! This just isn’t acceptable! Especially when you consider the prices that we are having to pay for the hoodies!

We managed to get the order out the same day that you notified us. This isn't our standard practice and errors like this are usually very few and far between. All orders take our standard two weeks and the prices of the garments online were agreed by the school. Please once again accept our apologies on the issues regarding your order.
