It was very difficult to get the tickets on my phone, since they were sent as a pdf in an email. I went on line and asked AI how to do it and they didnt' even know. I finally figured out how to download the app and find my trip on the App. You need to give better instructions on how to do this.

The website alerted me that it was time to buy the ticket and it was available and that process was very quick and easy. I do still have a problem in terms of printing out the ticket. It does not give me a PDF form format to do this.

I booked a ticket from CDG airport to Lorient. I got a ticekt via Lille, with a trainchange in Paris Nord and departue from Paris Montparnasse

1- the price changed twice in 24 hrs prior to booking.
2- Train service was cancelled 5 minutes after scheduled departure.
3- Had too book new ticket with SBB at station
4- No refund from Rail Europe

Easy to buy tickets but there was an issue with one “print at home ticket”. I emailed for support and the answer came with detailed information on how to get the QR code and how the check in process would work. Very helpful.
