The best send off for my fur baby. Fran and Neil are the most caring and compassionate people in the world and I’m so happy I found them. My fur baby made her final journey with them - it was pawfect… I’ve never felt pain and heartbreak like it, but the way they handled my Tilly gave me comfort. I could see they really cared about what they do and how they do it. They arrived within minutes of my baby’s last breath and transported her beautifully in their lovely vehicle which I know Tilly would have loved. They only had her in the vehicle too so knowing it was personalised and not a mass transportation and production line so again was exactly what I wanted for her lat trip. They are based in the most beautiful and tranquil location and just everything they did was excellent. They kept me informed on Tilly’s last journey and I was able to bring her (ashes) home within 24 hours which has given us all huge comfort. The paw print and nose kiss prints, candle , certificate, condolence card, seeds and forget me not on the packaging were the perfect touches that again show they are indeed the perfect people for giving your pets the best send off. Thank you both, I’m so incredibly pleased I found you. And Fran, your hugs and kindest words are simply the best ❤️💔❤️ 🌈💔🌈🙏 If you’re reading and can’t decide.. I’m so sorry for your loss… 😭 But look no further this is the BEST send off you could ever give your pets.

Yesterday, we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog Hugo, and thanks to Rainbow Bridge, especially Claude, it was as peaceful and dignified as we could have ever hoped for. From the moment the process began, Claude was incredibly compassionate, gentle, and informative. He spoke softly to Hugo the entire time, ensuring he was calm and at peace, and he treated him with such respect and care. It truly felt like Hugo was in the hands of someone who genuinely understood and valued the bond between pets and their families.

The aftercare was just as thoughtful. When it came to collecting Hugo’s ashes and choosing an urn, the staff were so kind and supportive and treated every step with the utmost empathy and sensitivity.

Losing Hugo was heartbreaking, but Rainbow Bridge made the experience as comforting as it could be. I can’t thank Claude and the team enough for helping us give Hugo the beautiful, dignified send-off he deserved.

I lost my beloved cat Misty on 1/3/2025. Russell, the company owner, was absolutely lovely, putting us at ease through the process of letting Misty go, which was very difficult. Her ashes were ready the next day and she is now back with me. I highly recommend Rainbow Bridge because Russell makes the process straightfoward, with care and compassion at the end of a beloved pets life.

I cannot thank Claude and Rainbow Bridge enough for the compassion, care, and respect they showed during one of the hardest moments of our lives. Claude came to our home to help our beloved Ted pass peacefully, and his kindness and gentle nature made an incredibly difficult experience just that little bit easier. He explained everything with warmth and reassurance, giving us the time and space we needed to say goodbye.

Claude also personally delivered Ted back to us from the cremation, and the way everything was presented was simply beautiful. The casket was perfect, and the thoughtful extras, the poem, flower seeds, and candle, were such a comforting touch. It’s clear that Rainbow Bridge truly understands the depth of love we have for our pets and the pain of losing them.

Thank you for treating Ted, and us, with such dignity and care. We will forever be grateful.

A Heartfelt Thank You to Claude and Rainbow Bridge Pet Crematorium

Losing our beloved Bronson was one of the hardest moments of our lives, but thanks to the incredible kindness and compassion of Claude and the team at Rainbow Bridge Pet Crematorium, we were able to say goodbye in the most peaceful and dignified way possible.

Claude, the wonderful vet who came to our home, treated Bronson with such love and care, making a real fuss of him, offering him treats, and speaking to him so gently. He walked us through every step of the process with warmth and understanding, helping to ease our fears during such an unbearable moment. When the time came, he gave each of us a gentle tap on the hand to let us know that our boy had passed—a small gesture that meant the world to us in our overwhelming grief.

Rainbow Bridge Pet Crematorium were equally incredible, giving us the space and time to say our final goodbyes in our own way. They allowed us to carry Bronson out together, just as we had carried him into our home and hearts 14 years earlier. Every step of the way, they treated our boy with the utmost respect, and nothing was too much trouble.

We can never fully express how grateful we are for the care and compassion shown to both Bronson and our family. You made one of the worst days of our lives just that little bit more bearable, and we will always hold onto the memory of how peaceful his passing was.

Rainbow bridge were recommended by our vets after we sadly had to say goodbye to our lovely cat Monty.
I can not find any fault in the service we received from the first contact and onwards. Monty was picked up from vets and taken to be cremated after being assured he would be treated with respect.
On collection of Monty we found out how nice the premises were and that they offer many different ways of remembering your lost friend.
Excellent service at a most difficult time for us.

When our lovely dog, Honey, had to be put to sleep the vet suggested that we use Rainbow Bridge. They waited outside until the vet asked them to come in and then acted with total respect and dignity. They assured us that the cremation would be an individual one and within 48 hours and sure enough this all happened. They provided us with a fur clipping and paw print and a package that assured us that Honey had been dealt with in a professional and respectful manner. Highly recommended.

Russel was amazing he met us late friday evening after just coming from the vets. He was kind and compassionate and reassured me Scrappy would be cremated after we'd left which gave me some peace of mind as leaving him at the vets for 6 days before being sent off to be cremated was out of the question for me. Before leaving he cut a piece of scrappys fur and put it in a little bottle in a lovely little bag for me to bring home, I had a call Monday morning to say scrappys ashes were ready to collect . It meant alot to me to have him back home quickly. Highly recommend.

We sadly lost our 14 year old golden retriever Hector recently. I always planned for him to stay with us after his passing and to be buried in the garden. To this end, I contacted Rainbow Bridge. The staff on the telephone were very helpful and sensitive (no awkward "Are you still there?" questions when you can't speak because you're so choked up!) and the service was excellent. We were visited by Claude who talked us through every step so there would be no surprises. Hector passed quickly and was completely at peace. Claude then gave us further advice on the time limit for interring Hector in our garden. I can't speak for the cremation service as we didn't choose that option but I can certainly recommend home euthanasia from Rainbow Bridge. No stressful transportation of poorly pets, no strange environments, not surrounded by unfamiliar people just one person who is efficient but unobtrusive. allowing your pet's family to all be there at the end if they wish and everyone able to say goodbye right at the last moment. Felt like we had given Hector the very best send off by choosing the home option and would recommend this choice to anyone, particularly those who own a large dog that they wish to bury in the garden.

Sadly, my daughter's 13 year old cat Bella died suddenly a few days ago. We wanted to do something to show appreciation for the happiness she had brought so contacted Rainbow Bridge Pet Crematorium. The very best decision we could have made. Bailey came out to see us - on a Saturday afternoon - and he was so caring and sensitive to my daughter's obvious distress. Some people may say 'just a pet' but pets are much loved members of a family, often for those who live alone they are even more. Rainbow Bridge were wonderful and treated Bella with love and total respect. I can only describe the service they provide from start to finish as excellent. They have made it so much easier for my daughter to cope with the last few days.

It was just wonderful, at a heart-breaking time, to have the kind and lovely people at Rainbow Bridge to call on to arrange the cremation of our beautiful boy Costa. From our first contact with Lou, through to final details arranged by Bailey and the transportation carried out by Jamie & Andre, we were treated with kindness, carefulness, dignity and respect.

We lost our rusty on the 7th of June and from the moment we walked into Rainbow Bridge we will met with such wonderful compassionate kind helpful people they did everything we ask them to do and more I trust them implicitly with my little man he was six weeks away from being 18 they did a wonderful job we were there for as long as we wanted to be there was no rush and there was no asking for money or trying to persuade you to pay their and then it was absolutely wonderful I would not hesitate in recommending Rainbow Bridge to every body no matter how big or small your pet maybe if you want them to have the best send off in the most compassionate why with the most wonderful surroundings and the most caring and helpful people then this is the place for you to go the reason you go is a very sad one but when you leave there with your little pets in whatever way you've chosen you come out with a smile because you know they've been taken care of and looked after well thank you so so much for all you did for a little rusty boy
