Rainbow Bridge were so wonderful in dealing with my little man Charlie. They were so understanding and supportive. I got to spend quality time with my little dog in their farewell room. A little tribute was displayed on the screen and soft music played as I got to say my final goodbyes to my special best friend. I didn't feel rushed at all, and I felt my dog was handled with the upmost dignity and respect. His ashes were avaliable for me to collect the next day along with paw and nose prints and a certificate. Also a lovely card and some seeds for me to plant to remember Charlie. Thank you for everything and although my heart is broken I got to spend almost 18 years with my wonderful, sweet, loving little man. Rest easy Charlie (pumps) xxxx miss you and love you always 🐾🌈

My cat was hit by a car near my house late at night and killed.He had a collar with my address and telephone number. Whoever found him did not contact me to get him but instead his body was taken all the way to Norwich to this cremation ucentre. They contacted me to tell me
they had his body. I wanted his body to come home so I could Bury him myself in my garden. They made it impossible I was coerced into him being cremated by them and pay for it. This meant I never got to see his little body or hug him and say goodbye. I am devastated. I would like to know who brought him to you in the first place. His name was Ziggy. My concern mainly is I cannot understand why the dustman picked him up from where he was killed which would have been very close to where I live and not contact me. He had a collar on with his address and my tel no. Why did they take him all the way to your facility many miles away in from my home? I am still puzzled by this.

Thank you sincerely to the kind staff at Rainbow Bridge and to the excellent vet they recommended, Claude Drouin. Claude came to our home and put our dear Buddy to sleep with such gentle kindness. We would like to say a Very Special Thank you to the lovely Vet Claude, who made the final precious moments at home of our beloved Staffie girl Ruby May Calm, Peaceful, Pain Free and Dignified . Also a very special thank you to all Staff at Rainbow Bridge for their warmth kindness and compassion during a very upsetting and difficult time. We said goodbye to our beloved dog Remy with the excellent assistance of Vet Claude. We have had many pets over the years and our experience this time was simply of the highest standard. Claude came to our home in Gorleston and explained in clear and simple language the way he was going to attend to Remy. Remy was in pain when Claude arrived and it was so comforting to see the way Claude dealt with him. There was no stress or discomfort for our boy and after a few momments of receiving the anaesthetic Remy passed away. Mario then came in with a stretcher (Remy was a greyhound and therefore quite large) and, after covering up with a blanket They carried him out of our house.
Thank you gentlemen for such consideration and for making a very painful experience so bearable.
Goodbye big boy - you are sorely missed by Barbara and me and everyone who knew you as a friendly big dog.

To everyone at Rainbow Bridge, I cannot thank you enough for bringing Jersey back home to us, her family. I got to witness her birth and fell inlove immediately. I also had the heartbreaking task to allow her to cross the rainbow bridge and I held her through her last moments on this earth. The love still just as strong as the moment I laid eyes on her. I feel broken without my furry friend to cuddle with, but you’ve gone above and beyond to make it feel as though she’s still here. Her ashes came back to me yesterday with her name beautifully engraved, and a print of her paw. I can’t even begin to explain how much that comforted me. Thank you for the forget me not seeds, I will plant them in Jersey’s memory. The personally signed card from all of you, felt like I was getting a hug from friends. You’ve made this phase in my life so much more comforting, and a little less lonely. So thank you all at Rainbow Bridge. x

my little dog Harvey passed away last week, my heart was broken, these guy at Rainbow Bridge were fantastic, sitting and talking to me explaining what was going to happen, they take time and dont rush you. One word to summon them up AMAZING thank you

Thank you for providing a thoughtful and compassionate service when we lost our girl Jesse. Jesse passed away at home and we did not want to use the impersonal service of a vet. Everything was explained clearly and several options to keep the ashes were available. We chose an onyx sphere. I highly recommend Rainbow Bridge and have confidence that my girl was truly cared for.

I sadly had to make a decision to put Molly to sleep on the 15th of January from a serious infection, I had 7 very happy years with Molly and I will never forget her in my heart, we called up the same day to have Molly picked her up, it was difficult to decide what we wanted for Molly however rainbow bridge talked us through the options and the whole scenario was dealt in the best way possible.

I received a call the following day to let us know I could pick Molly the following day, everything was perfect on what we had asked for, we were given a beautiful Oak casket with engraving on a plaque, a paw print casting, a little candle, a little packet of forget me not seeds, and a lovely condolence card.

This is the first time I’ve ever been through this situation and Rainbow Bridge go above and beyond to make sure things are done properly and truly show compassion towards their clients.

It was with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have to report that our beloved Keera passed away on Christmas Day evening. She is now united forever with her soulmate Popsie of many years (approx. 14 years together). Having already previously used the services of Rainbow Bridge there was to be no other place for her. I phoned on Boxing Day and Mark kindly opened the premises to allow me to take Keera there. We already had a casket with Popsie's ashes in and it was arranged that Keera's ashes would be put in the same casket so they would be together again.
Again everything was conducted in an extremely dignified and respectful manner and on both occasions a fitting tribute to our beloved Cherubs.
We can only sing out the highest of Praises to Rainbow Bridge and sincerely thank them for their caring, kind and thoughtful manner in which they have dealt with our extremely sad losses.

A wonderful and compassionate company run by people who understand the pain of losing a pet.
I lost my little fur baby to liver failure on the 5th November 2023 and had to call this company to arrange pickup of her body and delivery of her cremains. The whole process was dealt with with compassion and understanding, even when I broke down whilst arranging all this over the phone. Have also used this company on previous occasions and have never had anything other than exemplary service. I would not, and have not, hesitate to recommend them to others.

After the shock of having to have my fur baby put to sleep on Monday evening, I went into Rainbow Bridge on Tuesday morning, Lou was so lovely and helpful in getting Jasper’s cremation arranged, within hours they had gone to collect him, they provided me with the option of seeing Jasper one last time in their viewing room and told me they would let me know if they wouldn’t recommend seeing him. They laid him out lovely and treated him with dignity during the whole process, they kept us up to date on what would be happening when and in less than 24 hours of saying our final goodbyes at the viewing Jasper was ready to come home, they’d managed to locate me the urn that I had wanted for him, included ink prints of his paw and nose for us. The whole process has helped me more than I knew it could and I cannot thank them enough for that

After making the most difficult decision to say goodbye to our beloved Freda, Rainbow Bridge made everything perfect. Claude, their vet came to put her to sleep at home surrounded by everyone who loved her and safe in her own surroundings. We were given time to say our goodbyes before Andre came to collect her as we had her individually cremated. We went to collect her ashes a couple of days later and everyone was so kind and respectful. The bag containing her ashes as well as a condolence card, candle and Forget Me Not seeds was so touching and thoughtful. Rainbow Bridge really do care about their clients and I can’t fault them at all. It was the perfect end to a perfect life. Thank you so much to everyone at Rainbow Bridge.

After finding ourselves in the awful circumstances that we had to find a pet cremation service, the people at Rainbow bridge were absolutely amazing, we can’t give them high enough praise.

Well a few months have past now since my beautiful Ben left and went to heaven so now I feel I can write a review for this fantastic place.
I don’t have the words to express how amazing these people who run it are so good and love shown to my Ben was above and beyond anything I could have asked for, they sent me a card signed by all staff and not a print these were real heart felt signatures. When I got Ben back he was given to me I a beautiful box with forget me not seeds candle and was very special. I could write so much more but my last words are thank you 🙏 so much for the love you showed Ben and myself I will always be eternally grateful. Xxx

Following the passing of our cat Tigger we wanted a memorial stone for the garden. A simple search located Rainbow Bridge Pet Cremations who offered just what we wanted. Their service was excellent and we are delighted with the stone which will long remind us of our little man.

The kindest people and business. My poor Mala was killed on a Saturday, and I didn’t want to leave her alone at the vets, Rainbow Bridge opened on Sunday to take her in and cremate her the same day. Mark is a lovely man, not phased by excessive crying (me), there was no pressure, no rush to grieve with her… I felt she was treated with care as if she was their own. Rainbow bridge were great they waited passed normal hours to have my pet and really looked. After my boy well nothing was to much trouble they went above and beyond for me thank you so much.
