Prices are very competitive/ Easy to order - Quick delivery - very friendly and knowledgeable / one thing we’d wish came automatically was the invoice instead of having to request it.

On the first initial contact Neil was helpful, he didn't like me writing that I was "concerned" about sending toners to him without payment on exchange of goods.
After a few days I contacted Neil to send my payment details.
The next days he didn't reply to my emails, I did start worrying as my job was on the line which I made clear.
The next days he didn't answer my calls, kept pushing busy.
Just last night I called him four times, sent a message explaining I will loose my job.
After around 12 of him having our goods (toners) he decided to transfer the money.
I called Neil to tell him the unnecessary stress he caused me.
There is no excuse for this, I won't deal with this company again

Product did not arrive. I emailed to report this but did not receive a reply.
Delivery arrived today, 3rd June but was ordered on 28th May. Nearly a week for delivery after I ticked teh next day delivery box. Apart from that perfect!
taken some product from me which have been delivered and signed for. advised payment same day and its now been a week with no contact and not answering calls or emails.
