Had a minor & unavoidable error on my order & they replied incredibly quickly & sorted it the same day. Cannot argue with that.

I processed my first order with Rainbowvapes due to a friend reccomending them, he couldn't believe it was a genuine site due to the prices being so low, but had a great experience with his first order.
Low and behold I popped an order in and opted for a collection of my favourite brand Ruthless, these were about half the price that i've been paying in my local shop and came with free nicotine shots too!
I couldnt belive it when they turned up the following day, hopefully this will be the first of many orders to come. Thankyou Rainbowvapes!

I regret rushing to purchase from this company. Unfortunately, they sent me a defective product, and their items taste unpleasant, almost toxic. I had a very negative impression, especially with customer service, as all of my emails went unanswered. In the end, I gave up and accepted that I've lost my money to just another scammer.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND NOT REPLY TO ENQUIRIES. PRODUCTS ARE TERRIBLE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WORSE.

This used to be a reliable Web site that I used for years.
It's now un- navigable.
I just want my usual menthol via PayPal. Now I have no clue how to find what I want.
Why on EARTH change something that actually worked?!

I ordered a Thelema Quest Geek Vape Mod - it worked fine for 1 week and suddenly wouldn't power on, I emailed rainbows customer service team whom asked to send it back to them. I received an email to advise a refund or exchange for another mod. I opted for the Voopo Argus. Paul waived the delivery and extra charges on top. Top company, I will definitely be buying again.

My bf suggested trying Rainbow Vapes when I started getting into vaping. After a royal mess-up from a different company, plain packaging was essential. I'm very happy with Rainbow Vape's packaging and super plain if requested to order notes that didn't have the company name on the return address. My recent order was missing a nic bottle and Paul took responsibility for the mistake and expedited a replacement even though I wasn't too rushed. Honestly, I doubt I'll be going anywhere else for my vaping needs now. I'm extremely impressed with the customer service and the range of products is inspiring even if a little overwhelming.

First time buying from Rainbow Vapes and i couldn't believe the price of the Lost Vape Thelema Quest box mod so i had to have it.
Ordered and was dispatched quickly via royal mail 48 hour tracked. Will definitely be using Rainbow Vapes for alot more of my vapes products from now on! 5 star 🌟

Rainbow Vapes are an awesome company I'm buying mods from these guys constantly cheap as hell and all originals haven't had one clone.keep up the good work guys

Didn’t get a full refund on a mod that didn’t work and had to pay to ship it back. James was rude and unprofessional with his emails, avoid this site if you don’t want to loose your money. One star rating is too high.

I've placed many orders with this company and they have always provided a great service, the items dispatched are always correct and delivery speed is always good. Finally I like that they have so much choice, if they don't have what I want then I always find a replacement easy. Keep up the good work and I'll keep coming back.
