My order wasn't delivered, I tried contacting both the seller and Royal Mail who haven't been of any assistance at all. You might get lucky with your order, but beware, if there are any issues, expect to be left on your own.

I'm on my 3rd They don't last ! Always a problem The latest has 3 counts 5-3-2-hold Are you working out of your garage? No-one wants to count or click ! Airo got it right! You suck

Poor quality e-liquids burnt out my coils numerous times after one day! False advertising as 50/50 when I'm fact it was 70/30 and this consistency does not work in my pen.I only realised this after I had opened and started using the pen assuming what you order and strength etc is what you get! Refused to give me a refund for the e-liquids false advertised on their website . I won't be purchasing again from this company, wasted my money and delivery fees on top. James replied to me email and was rude and unprofessional in his manner , not happy to resolve my issue. Stay well clear!

I’ve been using this company for a few years now. Their product selection is great. I like the fact they provide a description of the juice flavours, as they tend to be spot on. The customer service continues to be outstanding. I had a problem with a few leaky disposable vapes, and this was dealt with in a professional and quick way. This remains my go to vape store. I recommend them to all my vaping buddies.

Absolutely perfect. This is the only place I buy my juice. I've used them many times now. Great deals, website is easy to use and delivery is always on time. Once there were a couple of nic salts missing on my order but the customer service is excellent! My email was replied to staright away and the nic salts were sent out the same day. Brilliant company.

They sold me an item with an inaccurate description..The company refused to pay for the return postage to have the item refunded! Had to raise the matter with trading standards.

I found rainbow vapes while looking for a certain brand of e liquid, good service and juice, I have have just received my second order which was ordered on a Sunday, and I received today (Tuesday) excellent service, and will definitely continue to purchase from them.

Package arrived quickly only one of the products was wrong. After emailing they replied the same day and promptly sent s replacement. Excellent service

What an amazing shop! Have ordered a few times from here and always very efficient and great prices. I recently order and there was an issue with the delivery company. Contacted Customer support and straight away Paul sorted it and sent a replacement. Can not fault these guys 10/10
