I’ve been using Raindrop foam soap pumps for a couple of years now - one in each bathroom and one by the kitchen sink. Love the light fragrances, and the new bottle colours look smart (I have green and cream). Refills seem to last for ever! And customer service are a pleasure to deal with, sending out a free new pump when one of mine stopped working.

Love these hand wash refills, I was looking for a no toxins, plastic free alternative to hand wash and found Raindrop. Just brilliant... the pump dispenser works really well and produces a good foam. The two hand wash I have used are Bergamot and Mint and White tea, have just the right strength of fragrance.

Fantastic product that we have been using since it was very first advertised. The bottles are still going strong and look / feel great. So easy to use and smells great.

This hand soap is brilliant, smells great and lasts ages

Everything we bought from raindrop turned out to be absolute toot. The cleaning mop is next to useless and would ideally suit people who like to have the dirt moved around their house, but not removed. The cleaning products are absolutely rubbish. And the hand soap dispensers are absolutely useless after sometime and just become blocked or function very poorly. We are switching to those made by Smol and encourage others to do the same. I imagine all the glowing reviews on the raindrop website were written by friends of people who set up raindrop! Nobody writes such glowing reviews about hand soap dispensers.

I really love the actual soap. Smells great, lovely texture, lasts for ages. The little refills are so small and easy to store. But the dispenser really lets it down. Within a month all of the brown finish had come off underneath the rubber base, and continued to flake off all over the sink. It's really disappointing as I want to love the product but it looks awful in the bathroom and kitchen.

Really wanted to like these, ordered 2 one for the kitchen and one for the bathroom. Bottles are quite stylish but the finish comes away after a while and looks a mess. They did say they had an issue with an early batch of bottles and sent me a replacement but the same thing happened again. The pumps work great for a few days then the solution turns watery and just doesn't get your hands clean, even using 5/6 pumps. I've percivered with them for about a year but I'm going to try something else

Bought the hand soap dispensers as a gift and I’m absolutely in love. The refills smell lovely and the foam is smooth and creamy. Wouldn’t be without highly recommend. Also a massive save on money and 1 tablet lasts me ages

I really love this handwash. The main advantage for me is that the foam stops my young children dribbling runny liquid soap down the sink and onto the floor. They really enjoy the foaming soap and are washing their hands for longer. I'd also say our hands are softer after a month's use.

Glass bottle dispenser is heavy. I'm not worrying about it falling and smashing.

The vanilla scent isn't too sweet which is ideal. The website is easy to manage - far more than the other subscription services I use. Looking forward to trying citrus scents next.

I bought a pack of 2 foaming dispensers and tablets. I love the product and the whole family love using the handwash. Unfortunately a few weeks after purchase my 9 year old grandson knocked the bottle off the shelf. It landed on the plastic dispenser mechanism and smashed it beyond repair so I had a lovely bottle and base and no way of dispensing the foam.
I contacted Raindrop to ask if they could sell me the dispensing head separately so that I didn’t have to throw away the lovely bottle and base. They sent me a complete replacement dispenser bottle free of charge within 2 days. Excellent customer service and I will definitely purchase again.

Enthusiastic to do my bit to save the planet, I have been happily using Raindrop’s foaming liquid soap for some time - it comes in handy tablets which you rehydrate; they smell gorgeous and are packed in planet friendly hardboard. When I recently decided to invest in their glass and silicon soap dispensers, which aid the ‘foaming’ effect, I was initially disappointed as one of the pair failed to ‘pump’. However, full marks to Raindrop’s customer service team, who replaced it with alacrity, and followed up with personalised help and response. Anyone can have occasional productions issues, but good customer service is priceless and Raindrop’s foaming soap and their Customer Service team are both excellent in intent and execution: a super product and a great company!

Absolutely gorgeous looking product, I bought 4 soap dispensers for my new home and within 6 months all 4 have stopped functioning. The pumps are simply not built to last, which absolutely SUCKS as the bottles are so beautiful!! Feel terrible having to get rid of them so I'll try to repurpose them, but yes I'm so so disappointed, such a shame. I have resorted back to my trusted Method foaming soap bottle and refilling them with packaging free soap tabs

Raindrop provide a lovely bottle in different colour ways. While it looks stylish in your house instead of ugly plastic bottles. So great you can mix your own handsoap to reduce the waste of plastic bottles. It lasts a really long time too. And smells lovely.

Great product and service couldn’t have asked for more. Soap dispensers are better than expected.

The bottles are gorgeous and I like the idea of environmentally sustainable refills that are also kind to the skin. Initially, I had problems with pumps/nozzle, which can get clogged up with the solution. I contacted Raindrop customer service and initially received advice on how to clean the nozzle. This unfortunately didn’t work. Not wanting to waste my investment, I struggled on for a whole year using up my refills and having to take the nozzle off every time I wanted to clean. The customer service team reached out to me and explained they had change the formula of the refills and sent replacement refills and nozzles. This seems to be working, fingers crossed for 2024

I think the idea is great, and initially the dispensers worked well, because of this I bought a further two dispensers and plenty of refills. Having now used them for a few months, I’m quite disappointed. I live in a hard water area so understandably limescale builds up on the bottles. When I clean it off, it takes the bottle finish off too which looks pretty rubbish. Along with this two pumps no longer spring back up when pumped so using them is really difficult.

Along with this, the soap is quite thin so I end up using a lot of pumps per wash.

I think the idea of the product is great but the execution sadly hasn’t delivered.

Lovely soap and excellent customer service. I’ve been using raindrop for a couple of years and their bottles/refills work nicely for our family. They’ve lasted well and we like that they’re light scents.

We had one pump that got a bit stuck but customer service replaced it immediately for free which was good.
