Well. First of all, the shipping (Germany) was super fast. The coat is lovely.
I ordered L Petit, 1,65m. 75kg

I do not have a waist but the coat does a great job pretending. Standing still in front of the mirror, it fit perfectly. Since I work out a lot, it was pretty tight around the chest, back and arms when moving though. Driving with it would have been uncomfortable. I know, the coat is not meant to work out in, but I don‘t want to spend 300€ for a coat I do not feel comfortable in. I asked the Sisters for advice, but no answer. That was quite a bummer. I decided to return the L and order an XL since I really love the design. The XL is a little too roomy and doesn‘t look quite as good on the upper body. But I decided to keep it. Its a coat, no dress. Had to shorten the belt, since the XL belt didn‘t have enough holes.

Fazit: since many girls work out nowadays, it would be nice, if muscular upper bodies and arms might be considered in designing. If you are unsure, consider the next size. Design is lovely. I felt pretty wearing it the first time. Felt the urge to wear makeup and do my hair. Everything else would have felt like an insult to the coat..
Some advice on the correct size would have been great, too.

I happened to see the coat on Etsy and knew immediately it would be a great gift for my wife. Before ordering, I had many questions about the size and fit, as I'm not very knowledgeable about these things, but Daniela answered them promptly and provided helpful advice.
The coat arrived within a few days after ordering, so I was able to give it to my wife in time.

I ordered the Misty Rose in S and two little girls coats for my daughters. They were tracked and all arrived very quickly. The S looked beautiful but I couldn't easily fit other layers underneath, so I sized up to an M. Returning the S was easy and the postage was covered by Rain Sisters. I had a few questions along the way and I always received prompt and detailed responses. Will definitely recommend to my friends and buy again!

I ordered this jacket during the summer sale full of excitement. I was very happy with it until I saw a thread hanging out of the sleeves after only having worn it a few times. I found a big hole in the lining of the sleeves that was clearly caused by a manufacturing error and not by wear and tear. I contacted customer service for this and they also recognized that it was a manufacturing error and that it was delivered with the hole already in it. Although they clearly stated it was an error on their part, they only offered me a refund of €50. So only 1/7 of the original price, even though I got delivered a broken jacket. I'm very disappointed by the customer service. With the price you pay for a jacket, you expect a certain quality and care and that just isn't there. To everyone buying this jacket: be sure to check all of it for defaults immediately after it gets delivered.

I love my Misty Rose raincoat, it's beautiful, classy, vibrant and so well made.
But what promted me to write this review is their outstanding customer service! I wanted to exchange my first coat for a larger size (the first one fit, but a little bigger would fit nicer) and despite an error on my part, they were so nice about it and went beyond normal service. So yes, I love the coat but also the company.

The coat is beautiful and I get compliments whenever I wear it! But it's a good thing I bought it with the intention of wearing it as a professional or dress coat because it won't fit many layers underneath. I'm 5 ft 9 inches tall, 36 inch bust, 30 inch waist, and I bought the Medium Tall. The fit is perfect but without much wiggle room, hence why it's perfect as a dress coat. The sleeves are just long enough (I wouldn't mind another inch on the sleeve length), and I would love for the biceps and elbow width to be a little larger -- I think then I would be able to fit more layers underneath. (Edited to add: also for the tall sizes the shoulders/back should be an inch or two broader without adjusting the bust. Even without another layer, the shoulder points are just barely in the right place, which is also what’s contributing to the constricted movement.)

But the length overall is perfect, and the hood is perfect. It's also amazingly waterproof -- I rode my scooter to work in the rain and wore calf-high boots and only my face and hands got wet. I also wore it over my nice dress to a wedding and got so many compliments just on the coat!

This is the most beautiful raincoat I have ever seen! I cannot believe it's mine. I was nervous with the cost of it and coming from out of the US but it was worth the cost x10! So so gorgeous. Fits me perfectly, which is saying a lot as a plus size woman, it's hard to get a great fit. Their size charts are spot on. I will be wearing this coat everywhere and for years to come. It's absolutely stunning!
