Didn't need much support because everything went well : delivery within 6 working days (in France), the coat has great fabrics and style.
Overall, I think Rainsisters is really reliable.

There was a hole in the pocket, otherwise it was fine, deliveri was fast

I love the coat.
Great quality of fabric. Keeps me dry during rainy days.
I also love the pattern and the model, highlighting the waist absolutely flatters my figure.
I would have preferred closing the coat with a zipper - might go faster to close it in busy times.

I'd been dreaming of a RainSisters coat for ages; and I was lucky enough to receive one for my birthday.
Unfortunately my husband had been a little too optimistic on the size and I needed to exchange it: on a Sunday, I wrote them a message and got a reply within an hour; very gently advising me on what to do for a smooth exchange.

I'd read a lot of good things about their customer service, and it's 100% real: I sent the coat back and received the new one within a few days, how fast!!!

I wore it today for the first time and ladies, what you read about these coats is true: I literally got stopped by strangers and shop staff, who wanted to tell me my coat was amazing.
I even came across a lady on the street, who was smiling at me from a big distance, only to realize she was wearing a RainSisters coat as well and we sort of recognized each other as proud members of the gang...

My coat feels lovely, looks dashing as hell; I can tell the materials and finishing touches are qualitative.
I can't wait for a rainy day :)

The coat definitely deserves 5 stars. The reason for the four stars is not the brand, but the courier service they hired to deliver the order in Germany. It was Nova Post. My goodness, they are the worst courier service I have ever dealt with in this country! On the first day of delivery, they came to my office around 7 pm and, as nobody was there, they said that my address was incomplete. On the second day, I received an email and a text at 8 pm saying that the driver would be at my office in 15 minutes. At 8 pm, please! I don't know if the driver intended to deliver a letter of admission from Hogwarts, but no one came. On the third day, when I arrived at the office, the parcel was already in the courtyard, probably thrown over the gate. Rainsisters, I know you read the reviews here, so my advice is not to collaborate with this courier anymore, especially in Germany. It's frustrating and it ruins your reputation. Overall, I love my coat and would like to buy another one, but I'm afraid to use this awful courier again.

Received my coat today 😍 it’s amazing 🤩 it is quite warm actually, I thought they are light coats, but they are warm, for the London’s autumn will fit perfectly. I ordered size XL and it is a little bit big but I will not gona change size, I think I’m fine 🙂 thank you 🤩

I ordered a beautiful coat and it arrived incredibly fast, but when I put it on it didn't fill me with joy like I was expecting, so I knew immediately that I made the wrong choice on which coat to get (I wanted so many!) I swapped out that coat for another one (wild strawberry), and that one arrived just as fast and was absolutely perfect! I love it, and I can't wait to wear it more often! The exchange process was easy, and I'm very happy!

I’m a very curvy woman, with big arms. And I was very skeptical about the sizing: I was easily answered in the chat (thank you) and dared to order the ‘Majestic Yellow in size 3XL tall (with imperfections)' and am very happy! It looks great on me!

Customer service superior....I had a major problem due to my mistake had no packaging, due to bereavement had my coat far past the return policy , did not no if they could do anything ...Ordered wrong size couldn't work out even to return did not have a printer .. they did everything for me even sent posted my return labels and got carriage to pick up ,Who in UK would do that they are brilliant will not shop anywhere elseThankyou Rain Sisters you are amazing my coat arrived today gorgeous fit xx

Everything was carried out transparently.
Even when I missed giving my full address, I had been contacted immediately and the problem had been solved soon.
Raincoat fits perfectly and is great quality... Description on the website is correct.

My coat is absolutely stunning and so comfortable. I feel so beautiful in it and can tell that it is made to last and it defends very well against the rain! This will be my autumn and spring coat for years to come. The team was also excellent and absolutely amazing when dealing with a refund issue.
