good rates of interest
Nice and easy to sort out a good rate of interest. Takes 1 to 2 days for the money to appear on the app once you have chosen an account to invest in. It worried me the first time I used it but have used Raisin a lot know and have learnt to expect it with out worrying now.

Now reassured!!
I'm 86 and not very confident with mobiles or computers. I was making a withdrawal for the first time expecting to send the money to its final destination. Apparently that's not how it works. There are various steps, taking a couple of days or so. Your helpline assistant was most helpful and reassuring. I now feel confident about going ahead. Thank you.

Slight problem using the App and Online…but a human contact is still available
Slight problem using the App and Online service with a transfer of funds however a call to the helpline with a very helpful call handler resolved the situation promptly. Very good to have a human to talk to to help and empathise sometimes in the increasingly soul less and impersonal tech world we now live in.
