I had a very disappointing experience with Rajwada Furnish. I ordered a dressing table online, but the product was shipped only after 15 days from the order date and finally delivered after almost 25 days, which is far too long.

To make matters worse, the mirror arrived damaged. I immediately contacted customer support and requested a replacement. Although the company claims to have a 7-day return/replacement policy, they refused to provide proper support and instead asked me to fix it myself.

They initially described it as a “small issue,” but even a small crack in a mirror means the entire mirror is damaged and unusable. The customer care service was extremely poor and unhelpful throughout the process.

Very pathetic customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding purchases from this company.

1. I just bought a "Rattan Solid Sheesham wood Cane Single bed"from Rajwada Furnish. The bed is sturdy and a good design.
2. Some parts have rough finish of the surface
3. The fitting involves four bolted joints which belong
to technology of the last century. One of the joints had a mismatch of almost 2 mm and I had to do some mechanical work to fix this joints. Some may need to call the supplier for such a problem.
4. The delivery was prompt in with good packing.

They have supplied damaged goods, and few parts missing the employees are not responding, shouting like rowdys , Please dont buy furniture from this brand
