Two weeks past still odor not stopped

FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOUR BY MR.VIJAY AT RAJWADA FURNISH!!😡😠😤💢

I am writing to raise a serious and formal complaint regarding fraudulent conduct, misrepresentation, and breach of trust by your staff, specifically Mr. Vijay, in relation to our recent order.

On 16 November 2025, I had placed an order for the Anamika Solid Wood Sheesham Sideboard and Rattan Solid Wood Sheesham Cane Bookshelves through your website. An advance payment of 50% was made, and the order was confirmed by your staff member, Mr. Vijay. Despite taking payment, no invoice or bill was provided.

On 24 November 2025, Mr. Vijay informed us that the products were ready and requested a video call for approval before dispatch. During this call, we clearly expressed our dissatisfaction with the colour, which was not what had been agreed. Mr. Vijay assured us the necessary corrections would be implemented. However, contrary to this assurance, the products were packed and dispatched on the same day without making the requested colour changes. Following this, on 29 November 2025, Mr. Vijay again initiated a video call claiming that the requested changes had been completed — even though the items had already been in transit since 24 November. This was a deliberate misrepresentation intended to obtain the remaining payment.

During the same period, a Delhivery representative in Bengaluru contacted my wife regarding the delivery of two products from Rajwada Furnish. This was completely contradictory to Mr. Vijay’s claims that the products were still in their warehouse. When I questioned this, Mr. Vijay falsely stated that our address had been “accidentally” printed on parcels that were supposedly not ours and instructed her not to accept the delivery. He also pretended to “clarify” the situation by asking for the delivery partner’s number — all part of an attempt to continue the deception.

After this series of lies, Mr. Vijay pressured my wife on 29 November to pay the remaining amount, promising that the corrected products would be dispatched that same night. Once the payment was made, Mr. Vijay became unresponsive, and his team failed to answer through any official communication channels.

On 8 December 2025, the products were delivered — and they were the same items that had already been dispatched on 24 November, proving that their team engaged in a calculated fraud from 24–29 November to extract the remaining payment while knowingly misleading us. Additionally, the delivered items have damages which is unacceptable.

This entire sequence of events demonstrates fraudulent intent, cheating, deliberate misrepresentation and unethical business practices by Rajwada Furnish and the individuals involved.

I am extremely disappointed with Rajwada, and I would never recommend them for any furniture needs. Even after multiple rounds of rethinking—and despite my husband not being convinced by their website—I decided to move forward, trusting their words. That turned out to be a big mistake!

I trusted Mr. Vijay, and unfortunately, that trust was completely misplaced. The experience has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. In hindsight, we should have paid a bit more and purchased from an authorized and trusted vendor instead of relying on false assurances!

This experience has caused unnecessary stress and regret and sheer waste of our money. I strongly advise others to think carefully before choosing Rajwada!! 😡😠😤💢

I had ordered customized items for swing and coffee table.
The swing was delivered with incorrect size. The coffee table was delivered with the carvings broken. The carvings are sub standard. I have been following up since 8 sep. Looks like there is only 1 person to manage all this and he is sick.
I have emailed my grievances but no response. Have been calling atleast 3-4 times everyday since 8 sep.
Please do not buy from here. Worst experience

Their Furnitures are substandard. Pls do not buy from them. I ordered from them on 02/04/2025. I received the order in parts. First on 19/04/2025 and second one on 26/04/2025. I am contineously following up with them. What they do is only making stories.
