Outstanding repair service from Rako. They received my faulty dimmer controller on Monday 4th Jan, diagnosed the issue the same day, repaired and shipped back on Tuesday 5th and I will receive the dimmer controller unit on Wednesday 6th. Stunning service all round.
I can't speak highly enough of Rako. The customer service experience is second to none. Even though their customer is technically the business fitting your control system they are still happy to talk through experienced end users on how to fix faults and remotely support you through the computer.
