I had a new screen on my phone. When I collected it, it was obvious that the new screen had been scratched on the underside where it sits over a black area. Unfortunately the light from the button shines through the scratch. I didn't have time to return it, but I'm disappointed because this was obvious before it left the premises but they were happy to hand it over like it.

I sent in an IPhone with water damage, which did not even want to turn on. However it had many files important to our business, therefore it was important to recover the files. I asked to get the files recovered, but Ralakde did one better and repaired the whole phone. In the end the bill was low and I had my phone back completely functional and most importantly with all my files. I understand that not every phone can be fixed with water damage, but at 19 GBP it is definitely worth a try. Depending on the parts that need to be replaced it can cost more, but still way cheaper than other companies.

Gave me a 12 month warranty on a phone I bought for my son.
When I took it in it was fixed straight away.
Had my wife's screen repaired since and phone unlocked.

After initially sending my phone in for a screen repair, I had to return it as part of my screen was not working and unresponsive to touch. This was during them opening a new store so I had to wait around 2 weeks before I got it back, after a long wait I was happy to hear my phone had been posted back and sent to me. However that very same day I received it, went to turn it on only to find it unresponsive, the computer unable to recoginse it as anything, essentially dead and fked. So again sent it back, at my own cost, then after 2/3 weeks I found out that my phones had bricked because it tried to update when in the hands of engineers Andre whatever had happened since then caused my phone to essentially become dead and useless, now currently worth about a pound if lucky. The only good thing about this is customer service was good and obviously have a more competent team on that side than the engineers.

My phone was water damaged beyond repair but they kept me informed as to was was happening with from its arrival and answered any questions I had quickly. Great customer service, thanks!

I have had bad experiences with phone repair shops in the past , but this place is very reliable. I had a smashed screen and it was repaired within 20 minutes. Decent price, good service. What more do you want?!

I called into the workshop unplanned and the team there were able to replace my broken screen, fit a tempered glass to another phone so quickly whilst I waited.
