Dreadful customer service
I ordered a candle back on 30 Dec with promise of 3-5 working days. Not only are we now the 12th of January but it has not even been delivered to my home - I need to go an fetch it from
some Ups pick up point. Really dreadful customer service. When I have called to try and find out about the delay the person on the end of the phone just blames it on covid. Amazon seem to get by. Apparently their orders come from Italy. Will never order from them again.
Awful returns process - have not yet adapted to online
Awful returns process. I wouldn't order online from Ralph Lauren unless you have a printer. They make online returns extremely difficult. Then when you try to resolve the issue the customer service is unhelpful, rude and sarcastic. Not a nice company to deal with. Plenty of other brands both luxury and high street that are far superior in the way they operate online. These guys don't seem trustworthy!

Utterly dreadful customer service
Utterly dreadful customer service. Ordered a Christmas gift in plenty of time for the big day even opting for the Express Delivery option at £14.99 to make double sure.
I received a very casual email on the 23rd saying the item wouldn't be delivered in time but as a goodwill gesture here is a code for 15% off your next purchase.
First, I have to spend more money with RL to get any compensation, second, I would need to spend £100 just get to my delivery costs back. Less goodwill and more insult to injury. I'll never shop with this brand again and would implore you to do the same. Any company that shows contempt for customers doesn't deserve your hard-earned cash.

Faulty RLX waterproof golf jacket…
I have recently contacted RL to complain about their RLX waterproof golf jacket. It is advertised as a technical golf product, retails at over 300 pounds and mine leaks through the seams and has no breathability. I simply asked for a replacement item from current range and have been fobbed off appallingly by 3 separate customer service staff. Their main defence appears to be to deny my claim as I bought the jacket from Mr Porter who they say are not an authorised retail parter ( who knew?!)... Come on Ralph Lauren, you have designed a product that is completely unsuitable for purpose and now try to wiggle out of your responsibilities with wishy washy excuses. Man up, replace the jacket and do the decent thing...

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. A hoodie that I bought developed a hole after having it on twice. Contacted customer services and they said as I had received the hoodie 2 months previous that the were unwilling to exchange or refund the product. So according to Ralph Lauren their £120 hoodies aren’t expected to last 2 months regardless of how many times they have been worn. Had the cheek to give me a voucher for free delivery, I’ll never order another RL item if this is how they treat their customers.

I only can give my opinion for the bags and they are very comfortable and pretty. I got one bought recently and I'm very happy with it, is a light brown shoulder bags with logo and colours in the front part. The quality is excellence and I recommend with no doubt!

The worse company I've ever experienced
The worse customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life. I've ordered a handbag and a polo shirt that were on sale and I also had a voucher for an extra 30% off. My order was confirmed and money took from my account, however my handbag was never dispatched while the polo shirt was on its way. I contacted the customer service which reassured me, not ones but twice that my handbag was on its way. Well it never did and I received an email saying that was out of stock on the day that supposed to be delivered and that was an entire week later when sales and my voucher in the mean time were expired so I can't order another one! They didn't even try to make an effort to send me a new voucher. Appalling and I'm surprised that they are not bankrupt yet because honestly they don't care at all for their customers. Don't bother to spend money on them they obviously don't car, invest your money in a trustworthy company.
Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. Read the reviews and avoid. Depsite paying the extra money for express delivery a few days ago, they still have not processed it. I have asked for it to be cancelled as I am away from Friday. I am told this cannot be done and that they will instead send it to some collection point, where I will then have to mask-up and collect, then go through the painful experience of having to send items back, then wait a further 10 days for a refund once they confirm receipt. You literally couldn't make this up! What a bunch of gangsters.

I had terrible experience with customer service of Ralph Lauren. I really didn’t expect that such a company has such a bad service. First they did not deliver anything and wrote me that it was delivered to access point in Croydon, which is an hour (!) away with train. Although I have access point next to me, just 2 min. away. When I wrote them mentioned that I can’t go so far, they have to deliver my address or access point next to me customer service responded that my order was picked up. I was confused as I have never been in that area even. They wrote me in such way that I was accused that I lie and have to contact them if I find my order(???). I requested my money back. They have not refunded anything and told me that I have to wait a week to get back until they discuss where my order with ups. For the first time meet such a nasty customer service. Will never order anything again!
