I have tried to order a fragrance, Edt, on the Czech Republic website. In France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, and the whole of Europe the price is 70 Eur for 75ml. On the Czech Republic website, the price is 1720 Eur for 75ml. I have contacted customer service to review because their currency exchange tool does not work properly. All the rest of the fragrances cost 70 Eur on the same webpage. I was told 3times the price is so high because we are the only member of the EU with different market conditions, operating costs, and local regulations. And you are not allowed to order a product from a different EU country as the system is changing the delivery country.
Create Your Own Gilet
Ordered a gilet from their create your own service. These items are unreturnable which is fine and understood from the start.
But, the quality of the gilet is very poor. Not very thick at all and feels very lightweight which for the cost is very disappointing.

Disappointing Service – Missed a Birthday Gift!
I recently placed an order with Ralph Lauren for a jacket that was supposed to be a birthday gift. Despite providing my correct home address, the package was sent to the wrong location.
I’ve been waiting over 10 days, and the gift did not arrive on time, completely missing the occasion. I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, but this error has ruined the entire experience for me.
I’m extremely disappointed, as Ralph Lauren is a brand I trusted for quality and reliability. I no longer need the item, and this experience has made me rethink future purchases with them. I hope they address their shipping process and improve their customer service.

I have waited a week for a parcel to arrive but between RL and their courier UPS they have failed to deliver.
So I contact customer service and their problem now becomes mine because a refund is only given when they receive the parcel back from UPS. But no timeframe can be given for this so now I am out of pocket. The agent went off to contact a superior who said they can improve this to when they contact UPS on the next working day (because UPS don't work weekend) to return the package but that still means I am without the product.
Don't be fooled by the Ralph Lauren name and buy elsewhere from a company that actually does value customers and uses a decent courier company.

AVOID RALPH LAUREN UK SERIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES. If you think this is a brand you can trust think again. Told me they delivered my package when I haven't received it. I emailed them twice to understand where my package was and they told me they were investigating it. 3 days later I got no response so I called them and only then they sent me an image of the package that has been delivered to the wrong address - a front door I have never seen before. This is supposed to be a luxury brand but they are clearly cutting costs with their courier relationship and with customer service. Very disappointing and will never buy RL again.
Ralph Lauren and UPS
Purchased some items over a week ago. Goods were being delivered by UPS. Arranged for someone to be home to take delivery and was also sent a notification that they would arrive between 11am and 1pm. UPS notified that there was nobody home to take delivery and they had attempted to deliver twice. Rearranged with Ralph Lauren for items to go to a drop off point and received notification that good were ready for collection, but they were not. What a sham. Ralph Lauren customer service are very polite but nothing’s changed. UPS are just useless.
Don't expect the staff to do what you ask if them
Didn't feel like trying on the item if clothing so as I know my size in Talc Lorren I asked for my size and specifically asked for it in the UK size repeating that is the UK size 12.
Got home, they were huge, USA size. Phoned and explained. They said they would hold back a pair in my name so I could exchange them on Tuesday. Returned for the exchange and they hadn't held them back and had sold out. Not suprised as it was a sale item. I explained that they should have a pair in my name and it was their error. "No, sorry, who did you speak to" Was the reply. Then I got told it's probably new staff. New staff who both don't know UK sizing in the UK and can't hold a product when they say they will.
Then they offered me an alternative colour which wasn't in the sale, but I could pay £60 extra. I asked "as its your fault can you not honour the price"... NO was the response.
TERRIBLE STAFF TRAINING!!!
To be fair, the final lady who was at the till was apologetic and felt embarrassed.

Cotton chino summer suit
Cotton chino summer suit made-in-Portugal (thumbs up!) ordered for spring wedding. Arrived swiftly and well packaged with UPS. Standard good RL quality (no lining though, which is sadly also standard). On trying on, a fairly obvious colour differential was noticeable. At this price this really should not happen (even if the items are sold as separates, they are RL-recommended as a suit-unit). Increase the outlay just a little bit, and bespoke tailoring kicks in with much greater quality, resulting in suits that will fit absolutely. - The suit was promptly returned, which with RL is not the simplest of processes.
The refund was applied in under ten days. The whole process from receipt of goods to refund was 12 days.

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service. Ordered from the online store for the 5th time to the exact same address, however this time the delivery company made a mess of it and ended up returning to sender. At no point in the process was my input requested and the reason was put down to incorrect delivery address, which is absurd. Customer service is absolutely useless and has responded saying I would be refunded nearly two months after the order was initially placed. Appalling.

FRAUDULENT CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Over TWO months later and still NO refund. Lies upon lies that the refund was issued and they try to blame the bank! Some staff say it’s been issued other staff say the refund was suspended. They need investigating. Are they keeping our refunds with no intention of refunding? I am seeking legal advice now not only with my own experience but looking at all of these reviews everyone else is experiencing the same fraudulent activity. Not sorted as managers promise to call back and never do. RALPH LAUREN - CUT THIS CONTRACT WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY THEY ARE DAMAGING YOUR BRAND.

Useless customer service and returns policy is naff. Takes forever. I haven't seen any company that takes over 2 weeks to process a return.....after many years of buying things, I never knew they were this useless. I will be cautious when buying from ralphlauren.co.uk. I raised a complaint and was informed someone will be making contact within 48hrs, that was 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting.....BEWARE.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering but assumed you could trust a name like Ralph Lauren. I ordered stocking fillers in early December. UPS only made one attempt to deliver and left an almost illegible card saying the parcel was at a pick up address. I went there 2 days later to be told it wasn't there. I called Customer Services who promised UPS would call (they didn't). I emailed only to find that the address on the website is for the US - they responded that it was nothing to do with them. Still waiting for a refund over a month later...
