Superb Cs from Liverpool One store

Superb Cs from Liverpool One store. Having been bought a black leather duffle bag for my 50th bday a year n half ago one of the studs from the bottom of it had fallen off. I went to the the store and upon being seen by Sophie who took the bag and said if I can give a couple of days to try and sort it out. We'll after a week I received a call to be told that she had found a new bag ( having been discontinued?) in the London store and was ready for collection. It seemed nothing was a problem from the store to help. It's a shame other Companies can't be as helpful.

very bad experience I hope I never meet…

very bad experience I hope I never meet you and none of my friends,I bought a product and wanted to return it to my surprise, it turned out that there is no return label inside and you have to print it out we live in times when printers have gone into oblivion,their website works pathetically very slow it stutters i have tried to open it on pc as well as on android phone,it is specially built in such a way that it is difficult to find a return form to print, shame on you, I hope customers will sort you out

Wow do I wish I’d read these reviews…

Wow do I wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered £600 worth of clothing. Ive had nothing but issues trying to get a refund. I’ve sent countless emails and spoken to a number of useless people in their ‘customer services’ All have reassured me that the refund has been processed. It hasn’t and I’m still £609 down. Luckily I paid through PayPal so disputed the payments and have retrieved £300 back.
Do NOT order from RL!!

Choose another company!

It appears Ralph Lauren are not interested in your experience at all. I sent them an email stating the reviews on Trustpilot were appalling and as I was interested in buying a few items from them, could they put my mind at rest in assuring me I would have a positive experience in doing so...... their silence is deafening!
I will not be buying again from Ralph Lauren and there are a lot more companies out there who do care where you can spend your hard earned cash.

Hideous

Hideous. Bought a coat which by the way was tiny and was not the measurements expected. Returned parcel through UPS which is a nightmare to find a drop off point. Two weeks later no contact no refund can’t get hold of them. £270 and nothing. Avoid at all costs I am now going to the ombudsman

terrible online service my order havent even shipped yet 2 weeks now..... very disappointed for this brand . i have order previously and fine as website says shipped within 3 days but now?? not even responding on live chat phones or even email.

From the look of the customer service…

From the look of the customer service reviews on here I’m not surprised at the lack of customer service.
Contacted them because of an issue with delivery and ups and got told exactly what I’d told them in my email..can’t even read an email correctly… can safely say I’ll never order from them again especially with the high postage costs.

Do NOT buy online from them. Terrible incompetent customer service

Hurrendous customer service, bout a child’s jumper, first of all I can’t send it back as my customer number isn’t registering with there system..rang customer service , had a really bad line actually thought I had been scammed, lady unhelpful, couldn’t find invoice , finally she found it and said oh it was in sale and none left.. even though I paid full price, she said that is why it won’t give me a return option! Asked to speak to a manager and she informed me no! And to email, wrote an email which now keeps being bounced back and won’t send!!!
Worst customer service experience not what you expect from a reputable company.. will NEVER buy of them online EVER again!

Poor service and processes

Poor website with numerous problems checking out where it wouldn’t take payment, kept looping me round entering address and re-entering payment details.

Eventually ordered and paid for an item but with all the problems realised that the order I did place (about my tenth attempt) I’d ordered the wrong colour. This couldn’t be change apparently so had to cancel the order before it was shipped, which I asked to do then go be told it can’t be done as it is “ready to be shipped”!!

Meanwhile I’ve ordered the correct colour (only three attempts this time) but so far they’ve refused to cancel the original even though it hasn’t left their warehouse.

Very very poor service from a brand where you’d expect better.

Dreadful service - AVOID

Dreadful service from their woeful Scottish customer service centre. Was served by a rude lady called Karen - zero tact, zero training and a classic case of wrong job for a person who should work in a non-customer facing role. They lost my order for the second time, response promised but never came, how does a luxury brand treat customers with such contempt. Their score on here says it all really. Appalling.

Just awful

Just awful! I bought a coat which was faulty. It took several approaches by email and by phone to get a response eventually. Then there was an endless back an fourth. Eventually they say they will refund me. It’s been a week or two of stress. I will never buy from them again. I will never buy Ralph Lauren again. What scumbags!

Abysmal Service

As per usual horrendous service

Ordered a £400 jacket and simply asked for them to confirm my details as it didn’t display properly on their payment summary screen when checking out. Worried I will get my garment in the wrong size.

I emailed customer service with a simple request and in return have been given 4 automated messages in return asking for security questions to be answered, having supplied the details 3 times to receive yet another request for details it beggars belief. So much effort for such a simple request.

A company so reputable with so many poor complaints is baffling to say the least. Should have simply spent my money elsewhere.

I have no doubt I’ll get my garment in the wrong size and won’t be able to return it due to it being a personalised item. I’ll look forward to the small claims process 🙄

Rude and useless support team

Ordered a pair of trousers online almost a month ago and still haven't received the item or the refund.

The problems started a few days after the order was placed.
I received an email saying they had sorted the package incorrectly and it was going to be delayed. I get in contact 2 weeks later having still not received any updates and was told UPS delivered the parcel to an access point (no delivery attempt had been made to my home). At this point I no longer needed the item so told Ralph Lauren customer service to return to sender. Fast forward another 2 weeks and I am still waiting on the useless support team to do something. Support team are also very rude and denying responsibility.

Ah Prudence,Ivan,Shantadurga,Nina,Jason and Ralph the customer service advisors who cannot help you

After a whole day trying to get a refund or replacement for shop rotten,shoddy goods I am called a liar and left with no resolution.Prudence,Ivan,Shantadurga,Nina,Jason and Ralph were all replying to my emails so no person took control but passed me round and I got different excuses from each as to why it was just tough my 2 tee shirts were shoddy and in holes.They told me the receipt was not from York Outlet but Bicester,never been to Bicester in my life that is the headquarters for McCarthur Glen and beyond my control as to what is on a receipt.Provided pictures of goods and receipt and where and when purchased but not good enough for customer service advisors!Basically told I was a liar,I was not getting refund or replacement,accept shop rotten goods,we have your money and don’t care.This is the theme of the reviews so if you buy at RL photo yourself entering and leaving the shop,making your purchase,staff who serve you,receipt and goods mind you if you have a problem still don’t think you will get satisfaction,you probably won’t,good luck all who enter RL shops and abandon all hope when your purchase is made.

I will never order from Ralph Lauren…

I will never order from Ralph Lauren online again. I ordered two tops for my son which unfortunately i needed to return. I have just contacted them by phone to be told the items have to be returned to Italy and that will take two weeks. Longest return/refund in history!

Still trying to get a refund on a pair…

Still trying to get a refund on a pair of trousers that were pre-worn and the wrong size. The return system via UPS is ok but what happens to the returns from Bicester to Italy, I have no idea. But they claim no refund until received at a warehouse in Italy. Sounds like a scam as the return seems to be lost.
Never again would I use this company.
